★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interessantes Training das immer wieder Spaß macht. Tolles Trainerteam. Auch absolut für Spätberufene (wie ich selbst einer bin) empfehlenswert. Einfach ausprobieren. Es lohnt sich.
Interesting training that is always fun. Great coaching team. Also absolutely recommendable for those working late (like myself). Just try. It is worth it ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kenntnisse in Selbstverteidigung werden anschaulich vermittelt und vertieft. Super workout - danach fühlt man sich wie neugeboren. Eignet sich hervorragend um dem Stress des Alltags zu entfliehen und ihn abzubauen und um seinem eigenen Körper etwas Gutes zu tun.
Knowledge of self-defense is clearly conveyed and deepened. Great workout - afterwards you feel like newborn. It is ideally suited to escape the stress of everyday life and to relieve it and to do something good for your own body.
