KFZ-Haftplichtabschluss dauert im Normalfall 30-45min, bei diesem Unternehmen 14 Tage bis sich jemand telefonisch meldet und man da erst mitbekommt das es noch gar kein Vertrag an die Verischerung übermittelt wurde..Lässt ohne Zustimmung bestehende Polizze löschen und durch neue ersetzen. Und dann sind noch nicht mal alle Positionen die zuvor Bestandteil der Haftpflicht waren, und auch diesem Unternehmen mitgeteilt wurde, dabei und dafür dann auch noch um einiges teurer. Zuständige Versicherung wurde soeben informiert. Und kann nur hoffen das sich dieser Unfug auf Kulanz durch die Versicherung beheben lässt. Wenn nicht ist definitiv die Kündigungswelle (sämtliche bei Versicherung bestehenden Verträge werden gekündigt und es wird auch als Begründung angeführt was der Anlassfall war).

Can delete existing policies without consent and replace them with new ones. And then not even all positions that were previously part of liability, and were also communicated to this company, are included and are also a lot more expensive. The responsible insurance company has just been informed. And I can only hope that this nonsense on goodwill can be resolved by the insurance. If not, the wave of termination is definitive (all existing insurance contracts are terminated and the reason given is what the cause was).
