★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man auf Tratition und Regional wert legt , und etwas sehr gutes möchte , ist man hier richtig. Wir haben es schon so , wenn wir wohin auf Besuch fahren , bringen wir anstelle von Blumen immer eine Brügeltorte mit. Es gibt noch einige , welche das noch nicht kennen , die sind begeistert davon.
If you value tradition and the region and want something very good, this is the place for you. We have it like that when we go to visit somewhere, we always bring a Brügeltorte instead of flowers. There are still some who do not know this yet, they are enthusiastic about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prügeltorte muss man kennen, essen, genießen. Leider kennen auch nur ein Viertel der Tiroler diese Spezialität. Im restlichen Europa sowieso unbekannt. Es gibt einige Imitate, das Original aber nur bei der Familie Mader. Bestens betreut von der Oma bis zum Enkerl.
You have to know, eat and enjoy beating cakes. Unfortunately, only a quarter of Tyroleans know this specialty. Unknown in the rest of Europe anyway. There are some imitations, but the original only from the Mader family. Well looked after from grandma to grandchild.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In einem malerischen, nicht leicht findbaren kleinen Wohnhaus befindet sich die Bäckerei Mader. Auf einzelnen Tischen sind diese Torten angeordnet. Es duftet nach Bäckerei, das Flair ist echt tirolerisch.
In a picturesque, not easy to find small house is the bakery Mader. On individual tables these cakes are arranged. It smells of bakery, the flair is really Tyrolean.
