★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So nett auch der Besitzer Herr Freiberger auch sein kann, Hände weg wenn es darum geht in der Werkstätte etwas reparieren zu lassen. In meiner 35 jährigen Bootszeit mit einem 37 Fuss Motorboot und 53 Fuss Segelboot habe ich noch keine so beleidigende Behandlung erhalten. Ich hab meinen 15PS alten Johnson Außenborder zur Reparatur hingebracht. Der Werkstettenleiter hat mich sehr beleidigt und den Motor total hinunter argumentiert, hat Behauptungen aufgestellt dass er nicht funktioniert (springt jedes Mal ohne Probleme am Anfang der Saison an) obwohl er das gar nicht probiert hat und hat eine mündliche lange Liste aufgesagt, was alles repariert und ausgetauscht werden soll. Ich meine er wollte nur einen neuen Motor verkaufen. Ich habe um ein Angebot gebeten und wurde öfters vertröstet dass ich es am nächsten Tag ein Angebot erhalten werde. Nach ca 1 Monat habe ich den Motor abgeholt. Ich hab kein Angebot erhalten und es wurden auch keine Ersatzteile bestellt. Die Bestellung des Beibootes in der Firma hat gut geklappt.
Wenn er gleich gesagt hätte, er macht das nicht, hätte ich den Motor nicht dort gelassen. Für eine Johnson Vertretung in Österreich ein sehr schlechtes Zeichen.
As nice as the owner Mr. Freiberger can be, hands away when it comes to having something repaired in the workshop. In my 35 years of boating with a 37 foot motorboat and 53 foot sailboat, I have never received such offensive treatment. I brought my 15HP Johnson outboard for repair. The workshop manager insulted me a lot and argued the engine totally down, made claims that it didn't work (always starts without problems at the beginning of the season) even though he hadn't tried it and gave a long verbal list of what repairs and should be exchanged. I mean he just wanted to sell a new engine. I asked for an offer and was often told that I would receive an offer the next day. After about 1 month I picked up the engine. I did not receive an offer and no spare parts were ordered. The order of the dinghy in the company worked well.
If he had said straight away that he wouldn’t do it, I wouldn’t have left the engine there. A very bad sign for a Johnson representative in Austria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr sehr schade…. Kann leider nichts gutes berichten von meinem Kauf bei diesem Händler. Man wird immer vertröstet oder es wird sich einfach gar nicht gemeldet. Mehrere Absprachen wurden bei mir leider auch nicht eingehalten. Sehr ermüdender und zäher Kontakt nach dem Kauf… nächstes mal mit Sicherheit nicht mehr hier
That's really a pity…. Unfortunately, I can't say anything good about my purchase from this dealer. You are always put off or you just don't get in touch at all. Unfortunately, several agreements were not kept with me. Very tiring and tough contact after the purchase ... next time definitely not here anymore
