Uns wurde hier als "Notfall" sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich weiter geholfen. Nochmals vielen ❤️ Dank für das Ladegerät für unseren Porsche. Very nice and competent staff - great service. Many a contract workshop could learn a whole lot from it here. We received very courteous and friendly help here as an "emergency". Thank you again for the charger for our Porsche.
E	Erwin Niedermeier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war als Urlauber mit meinen Mountainbike bei Prostis wegen meinen Scheibenbrems Belägen hinten und vorne. Die Bremsleistung war schlecht und quitschte! Der Verkäufer schaute meine Beläge an und meinte man kann es erstmal mit anschleifen probieren. Ich fuhr in die Werkstatt und baute die hinteren selbst aus und ein die vorderen der Mechaniker . Die ganze Arbeit dauerte 3-5 Minuten! Ich dachte das ist ein kostenloser Service! Ich hätte auch einen 5er Trinkgeld hergegeben! Aber nein ich bezahlte für zweimal mit dem Schmiergelpapier drüber gehen 15 Euro! Das ist für mich Wucher! Für 15 Euro bekomme ich einen Satz neue Bremsbeläge ! Wahrscheinlich hatte er keine neuen auf Lager, deshalb das anschleifen! Wir fahren seit 1986 nach Pirtendorf , das Geschäft sieht mich nie mehr! As a holidaymaker, I went to Prostis on my mountain bike because of my rear and front disc brake pads. The braking performance was bad and squeaked! The seller looked at my rubbers and said you can try sanding it first. I drove into the workshop and removed the rear ones myself and the mechanics put in the front ones. All the work took 3-5 minutes! I thought this was a free service! I would also have given a tip of 5! But no, I paid 15 euros for going over it twice with the scrap paper! For me this is usury! For 15 euros I get a set of new brake pads! He probably didn't have any new ones in stock, so sharpen it! We have been going to Pirtendorf since 1986, the shop never sees me again!
