L	Lilly Lamiae on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach dem Einwurf von 6 Euro und anfertigen der Fotos kommt zwar die Meldung, dass die Fotos jetzt gedruckt werden, es kamen aber keine Fotos raus und der Automat ist direkt im Anschluss zufällig außer Betrieb. Geld ist also weg, keine Fotos erhalten. Einzige Option :Man soll eine Hotline anrufen, wo aber auch nach mehrmaligem Anrufen niemand abhebt und anschließend ein Anrufbeantworter kommt. DANKE FÜR NICHTS After inserting 6 euros and taking the photos, the message comes up that the photos are now being printed, but no photos came out and the machine just happens to be out of order. So money is gone, no photos received. The only option: You should call a hotline, but no one picks it up even after calling it several times and then an answering machine comes. THANKS FOR NOTHING
F	Franziska von Olpe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Foto hätte 6 Euro gekostet. Die Maschine hat den 5-Euro-Schein angenommen. Dann wollte ich noch einen Euro einwerfen. Das Geld ist reingefallen, wurde aber nicht gezählt. Also hab ich halt noch einen Euro reingeworfen. Dann klemmte das Münzfach. Der Knopf für Geld retour funktionierte nicht, also war alles für die Fische. Habe 7 Euro verloren und kein Foto bekommen. Die Dame unter der Hotline hat mir einen Link geschickt, über welchen ich das Geld angeblich zurückfordern kann. Habe dorthin geschrieben - mal sehen, was passiert. The photo would have cost 6 euros. The machine accepted the 5 euro note. Then I wanted to insert another euro. The money fell in but was not counted. So I just threw in another euro. Then the coin compartment stuck. The return button didn't work, so everything was for the fish. Lost 7 euros and didn't get a photo. The lady on the hotline sent me a link through which I can allegedly claim the money back. I wrote there - let's see what happens.
