Das Personal ist unfähig Geschäfte abzuwickeln. Unter anderem wurde ein Werbemittel-Set in großer Stückzahl verkauft und dafür eine Vorauszahlung kassiert obwohl der wichtigste Teil davon überhaupt nicht lieferbar war!
Die Verkäuferin hat uns etwas verkauft, was es gar nicht gibt!
Der mit der Situation überforderte und ebenso arrogante Geschäftsführer lässt sich permanent verleugnen.
Die Vorauszahlung muss wohl mit Hilfe des Gerichts zurück gefordert werden.
Diese Firma ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

The saleswoman has sold us something that does not exist!
The manager, overburdened with the situation and just as arrogant, is constantly denied.
The advance payment must be demanded with the help of the court.
This company is absolutely not recommended.
