★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht kompetent - ich hatte vor zwei Wochen einen Reparaturtermin vereinbart, einen Tag vor dem Termin kam ich nochmals ins Geschäft um sicher zu gehen ob der Termin wirklich wahrgenommen wird, da wurde mir bestätigt, dass der Techniker definitiv da sein wird. Und im Endeffekt wurde der Termin leider nicht wahrgenommen. Das Büro hätte vergessen dem Techniker den Termin weiterzuleiten, obwohl ich einen Tag vorher dort war um die Angelegenheit nichmals zu fixieren. Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht.
Not competent - I had arranged a repair appointment two weeks ago, I came back to the shop one day before the appointment to make sure that the appointment was really taken, so it was confirmed to me that the technician would definitely be there. And in the end the appointment was unfortunately not taken. The office would have forgotten to forward the appointment to the technician, even though I was there the day before so as not to fix the matter. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed.
