We had bad experience with this firm, they were not prepared. They couldn’t transport a bedroom cupboard because they didn’t bring the right tool. Which is not acceptable. Also they were not careful with our funrnitures. Very slow it looked like they just wanted make more hours. Moreover I complained about this insident and there was no reply.

They speak English and were very professional, friendly, and simply fantastic! They made my move uncomplicated and relieved a lot of my stress. I recommend them highly.

The worst moving service ever. We ordered a 25m3 car with 1 mover for 1 o'clock. The movers came at 1.45 with a tiny van. After calling the company we were very rudely told that we chose a small van and not a big truck. After a while they agreed to send a truck. At 14.30 the truck arrived, but the moving person refused to help, even though it was in the package we ordered. For helping he said we should pay more money. After showing him the package we ordered, he finally started helping. The move took us less than 2 hours (truck arrived at 14.29, left at 16.10), but the moving person started to tell us to pay starting from 1 even though it was not our fault that the move started at 2.30 instead of 1. They also wanted more money per hour than what was stated at their website and only agreed on the price after we showed them the exact offer we ordered from their website. Find another moving company.. ANSWER TO COMPANY'S REPLY: First. We have never talked to you on the phone, so that is a nice lie :). Only after 1pm when you were ALREADY LATE did i ever call you because we had prepared everything for the move, but there was no truck in sight. We ordered the service from your website(again, no call ;) ) and all communication between us is over email so i have every single email where i even asked you to confirm that we ordered an LKV together with the price, stop embarrassing yourself. I attached now the SAME screenshot I added to the email when ordering. maybe i need glasses, but i am pretty sure it here says LKV(25m3), dont you agree? :) Again, please find another company for moving people, you can thank me later.

I urgently needed a moving company at the very last minute on a weekend. The job included large parts of a flat as well as a piano. The guys were incredibly helpful, fast, professional and polite. I can highly recommend this service to anyone in and around Vienna. The pricing is fair and transparent. A decent knowledge of English was welcome and helped allocate things at our new home. Very impressed and very happy I found these guys!
