Auf telefonischer Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir keinen Anspruch auf telefonischen Service hätten. Wir sollten uns per Mail beschweren. Unsere Mails wurden nicht beantwortet. Geld um sonst ausgegeben. We have applied for and paid for an LEI extension. The LEI was never renewed. When asked by telephone, we were informed that we were not entitled to telephone service. We should complain by email. Our mails were not answered. Money spent for otherwise.

Jedefalls habe ich nicht direkt eingewilligt, dass ProfileAddress meine personenbezogenen Daten verarbeiten darf. Der Antrag auf Löschung ist dann aber einfach auf der Webseite möglich, und die ausführliche und kompetente Antwort E-Mail, und auch der Hinweis auf die, mir bis dahin unbekannte, Robinson-Liste der WKO, machen dafür wiederum einen recht kompetenten Eindruck. In any case, I have not directly consented to ProfileAddress being allowed to process my personal data. The request for deletion is then easily possible on the website, and the detailed and competent answer e-mail, as well as the reference to the Robinson list of the WKO, which was unknown to me, make a very competent impression.
