★ ★ ★ ★ ★ war mit 2 meiner Autos Spurreistellen dort Bei dem ersten musste ich 3 mal hin bis es endlich gepasst hat zudem haben sie mir ein querlenker zerstört bezahlt habe ich natürlich nur einmal spurreinstellen
bei dem 2ten haben sie mich vor verschlossenem Tor warten lassen und das auto als das auto wieder raus kam war es genau so wie es reinkamm als hätten sie garnichts gemacht meine neuen wintereifen bin ich genau eine Saison gefahren und kann ich jetzt wegschmeißen weil der rechte innen komplett abgefahren ist.
Also danke für nichts!!!!!
was there with 2 of my cars lane departure points. In the first one I had to go 3 times until it finally worked. In addition, they destroyed a wishbone, and of course I only had to adjust the lane once
on the 2nd they made me wait in front of a locked gate and the car when the car came out was exactly the same as it came in as if they hadn't done anything.I drove my new winter tires for exactly one season and I can now throw the one on the inside is completely gone.
So thanks for nothing !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arbeiten sind nicht wie telefonisch vereinbart erledigt (und nebenbei wird man angelogen), (angebotene) Rückrufe erfolgen nicht, nicht durchgeführte Leistungen werden verrechnet (und auf Nachfrage wird erklärt, es handle sich um eine Pauschale, die immer verrechnet wird). Kurzum: Ich werde mir einen neuen Reifenhändler suchen.
Generell habe ich den Eindruck, dass die Mechaniker ganz in Ordnung sind und die Arbeiten sauber ausführen - das Büro - und hier besonders eine Mitarbeiterin - allerdings schlicht nicht interessiert / qualifiziert ist.
Work is not done as agreed over the phone (and you are lied to by the way), (offered) callbacks do not take place, services not performed are charged (and on request it is explained that it is a flat rate that is always charged). In short: I will look for a new tire dealer.
In general, I have the impression that the mechanics are perfectly fine and are carrying out the work properly - the office - and one of the employees in particular - is simply not interested / qualified.
