Nach dem (keineswegs günstigen) Angebot und der Bitte um einen (moderaten) Preisnachlass, keinerlei Reaktion mehr auf Telefon oder E-Mail. Nur die Info per SMS - wir machen die Arbeiten nicht!
Somit, leider weder professionell noch kundenfreundlich.
First of all - Mr. Sezis was very nice to visit.
After the (by no means cheap) offer and the request for a (moderate) discount, no more reaction to phone or email. Just the info by SMS - we don't do the work!
So, unfortunately, neither professional nor customer-friendly.
