Er nimmt sich Zeit. Kümmert sich, obwohl er immer im Zeitdruck ist. Ich weiss, was dieser Mensch leistest. Unglaubliches. Und er behandelt uns als Menschen, nicht als Durchlaufposten. Wir sind keine Nummern bei ihm, was mir persönlich immens wichtig ist. Wenn ein Notfall ist, kann ich ihn immer erreichen und er geht auf unser Reden ein und hört zu. Er hebt sogar erstaunlicher und beeindruckenderweise fast immer das Telefon ab. Ich weiss, was das für ihn bedeutet. Er tut wirklich alles, was er vermag. Wir schätzen das hoch. Er ist professionell und kompetent. Und menschlich, was für uns genauso wichtig ist, wie die 2 vorherigen Punkte. Auf den Punkt gebracht, wir schätzen und mögen ihn sehr. For my husband and me he is the best thing that could have happened to us. We are very grateful to him for everything he has done and always does for us. He takes his time. Takes care, although he is always pressed for time. I know what this person is doing. unbelievable. And he treats us as people, not as transitory items. We are not numbers with him, which is immensely important to me personally. If there is an emergency, I can always reach him and he responds to what we are saying and listens. In fact, more amazingly and impressively, he almost always picks up the phone. I know what that means for him. He really does everything he can. We appreciate that. He is professional and competent. And human, which is just as important to us as the 2 previous points. In a nutshell, we appreciate and like him very much.
