★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Dr.Bigenzahn war sehr unfreundlich und inkompetent. Er hat meine Beschwerden weder ernst genommen noch richtig diagnostiziert!!! Jeder andere Kassenarzt konnte es besser. Er ist sein Geld nicht wert!!!
 Dr Bigenzahn was very unfriendly and incompetent. He neither took my complaints seriously nor correctly diagnosed them !!! Any other health insurance doctor could do better. It's not worth the money !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Univ. Prof. DDr. Bigenzahn war der leitende Arzt der Phoneatrie im AKH Wien, ist nun schon pensioniert und ordiniert noch jeden Donnerstag in der Privatklinik. Er ist fachlich sehr kompetent und sehr erfahren. Man fühlt sich bei ihm sehr gut aufgehoben und verstanden. Herr Prof. ist sehr nett und kann gut auf seine Patient:innen eingehen.
Mr Univ. Prof. DDr. Bigenzahn was the leading doctor in phonetics at the AKH Vienna, is now retired and still ordains every Thursday in the private clinic. He is very professional and very experienced. You feel very comfortable and understood with him. Prof. is very nice and can respond well to his patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad doctor. Thinks he is smart, smarter than patients, for that matter he was lying to me about a medication he used on me, while I was there. He later said: just sue me, I am insured. All doctors are insured against patient claims and that is one reason for their arrogance. His doctor is particularly arrogant, maybe because he is a professor. But he also lied to me about medication. In the US, you could probably sue him for that, in Austria, if a doctor kills you by mistake, the relatives get 5000 euro max, not woth the effort. Stay safe and stay away from this one!
