Vorsicht Betrug. Der Zahnarzt hält sich nicht an die Tarife der Zahnärztekammer und führt medizinisch fragwürdige Behandlungen durch.

Schlechter Service, und fehlende Bereitschaft Behandlungsfehler zu korrigieren. Die Vergütung war ebenfalls weit über dem Durchschnitt und nicht gerechtfertigt.

I am patient in Prof. Ulm’s practice for years after having serious teeth problems which I was trying to resolve with different dentists. Unsuccessfully. On the contrary my problems became worse. Finally based on my friend’s recommendation I contacted Dr. Ulm’s practice and his staff was very professional. They appointed me separately and took their time in listening and discussing my dental problems and first sent me to one of the best CT Vienna centers. The next step was to send me to the orthodontist. They also asked me for any diagnosis and previous X-rays in order to have complete dental history. He then systematically approached all my dental issues (dental root treatments, fillings, ceramic coverings and the jaw alignment). The dental technician would every time come in person to his practice to discuss with him and me the forms and (especially important for the patient) the colour of the ceramic. As a layman in this area I would in the end completely trust their suggestions which resulted in the beautiful simile for which I received many compliments. But above all, after all the years the chronic pain and jaw issues were gone. Motivated by my results my husband decided to go for complex dental operation by Prof. Ulm which was quite extensive and took some time for recovery. Nevertheless Prof. Ulm was in person and over the phone checking regularily on his recovery and once even opened his practice in his non-working hours for a needed earlier follow up treatment. As I result I recommended him to many of my colleagues and they their family members. My special thanks to Mag. Ulm, his wife who is administering the practice and who never failed to adjust our personal plans in giving the appointment, taking time for the patients or even taking care of the children in the practice if needed. I luckily as my whole family and many of my friends and colleagues found Prof. Ulm. Dear Prof. Ulm and Mag. Ulm, my sincere thanks to both of you. Mag. Miletic

I had a very pleasant experience at this office with a great dentist and team. I had to get a wisdom tooth removed, which was done within an hour. The procedure was done quickly and efficiently with not a lot of pain, and I was very satisfied with the result.

I had an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. Sounds simple enough.... I arrived on time, but was kept waiting ~10 minutes. After being in the chair 15 minutes I was told that it would take more than the allocated 30 minute time slot and that I would have to schedule another appointment to complete the job at a later time because the next patient had arrived. Only 25 minutes had elapsed since my appointment was supposed to have started. I'm glad I wasn't having significant dental work being done....this office apparently doesn't work to complete the dental task scheduled, they work by what time is scheduled. Based upon this, my fear that is if dental work (fillings/root canal/etc) takes longer than scheduled, you leave (as I had to do) and reschedule for a later time for them to finish the work. The staff is nice and everyone acts professional. But I think their priorities are wrong. I have never had this happen before in any dental office in my life anywhere in the world. I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned, not for the opportunity to sit in the chair for 15 minutes. That's like paying to have your car worked on, and the mechanic pushing it back out of the garage when it's 1/2 done because it was taking too long.
