G	Gerd Snooker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte meine Schläger bespannen lassen und bekam die Auskunft, dass ich eine Woche darauf warten muss, und dann wäre es auch noch nicht sicher, ob die Schläger überhaupt bespannt werden, da der Bespanner nicht zu erreichen war. Wo sich der Shop sicher war ist, dass ich gleich bezahlen soll, da die "Dame", die mich "bedient" hat, meinte, dass eine Bezahlung bei der Abholung nicht möglich wäre. Gut, ich habe bezahlt und bekam eine halbe Stunde später einen Anruf, dass meine Schläger nicht bespannt werden, da der Bespanner verhindert ist und es keinen zweiten gibt, der es erledigen könnte. Wenn es ginge, würde ich null Sterne vergeben.. I wanted to have my rackets strung and got the information that I would have to wait a week for it, and then it would not be sure whether the rackets would be strung at all because the strings could not be reached. Where the shop was sure that I should pay right away, because the "lady" who "served" me said that it would not be possible to pay when I was picked up. Well, I paid and half an hour later I got a call that my rackets would not be strung because the stringing is prevented and there is no second one who could do it. If I could, I would give zero stars ..
D	Dieter Holzmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei meiner ca. 17 Jahre alten Bespannungsmaschine war ein Auflagearm (Gusseisen) gebrochen. Ich habe daraufhin die Firma Pro's Pro angeschrieben und nachgefragt, ob es für diese Maschine noch Ersatzteile gibt. Ich bekam schnell eine Rückantwort, mit der Aussage, dass für dieses Model keine Ersatzteile mehr lieferbar sind. Damit war die Sache aber nicht abgeschlossen, sondern mir wurde die Möglichkeit aufgezeigt, den Auflagearm eines anderen Modells zu testen. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit war das Teil bei mir und es passte ausgezeichnet. So etwas nenne ich einen ausgezeichneten Kundeservice, der auch noch durch eine sehr nette der Art der Kommunikation unterstrichen wurde. A support arm (cast iron) of my 17 year old stringing machine was broken. I then wrote to Pro's Pro and asked whether there were still spare parts for this machine. I quickly got a reply stating that no spare parts were available for this model. That was not the end of the matter, but I was shown the possibility of testing the support arm of another model. The part was with me within a very short time and it fitted perfectly. That's what I call excellent customer service, which was also underlined by a very nice type of communication.
A	Andreas Arzt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir eine Bespannungsmaschine ( Comet XP) gekauft. Ich habe nach ca 5 Monaten festgestellt das die Haltezangen um 5 kg nachgeben( Elektronische Zugwaagenmessung). Habe Kontakt im Shop aufgenommen und mir ein Angebot für eine neue Zange + Basis geben lassen und habe auch meine Zugwaage mitgebracht um die Zangen zu testen, man zeigte sich absolut nicht kooperativ und sie wollten mir bei meinem Problem auch nicht weiterhelfen, selbst als ich bei den Ausstellungsmaschinen das selbe Problem feststellte meinte man nur das die Zugwaage nicht stimmt und die Maschinen die sie verkaufen eine Top Qualität hätten. Es wurde mir nicht erlaubt das ich die angeblich neueste und beste Zangenbasis auf der Ausstellungsmaschine teste. Es wurde mir auch gesagt das die Basis zu einhundert Prozent mit der Comet XP kompatibel ist. Nach einer Stunde hat mir dan der Chef erlaubt die Zangenbasis zu kaufen und wenn ein Problem auftaucht kann ich sie innerhalb einer Woche zurückgeben. Das traurige war das die Zangenbasis nicht auf die Comet XP passt. Fazit: Schlechte Beratung totales Unvermögen und nicht Kundenorientiert, die Qualität der Bespannungsmaschine ist das Letzte. Nichteinmal der Chef weiß was er verkauft. Hände weg I bought a stringing machine (Comet XP). After about 5 months I noticed that the holding tongs gave in by 5 kg (electronic drawbar measurement). I made contact in the shop and got an offer for a new pliers + base and also brought my pulling scale with me to test the pliers, they were absolutely not cooperative and they didn't want to help me with my problem, even when I did When I noticed the same problem with the exhibition machines, they just said that the weighbridge was not right and that the machines they were selling were of top quality. I was not allowed to test the supposedly newest and best plier base on the exhibition machine. I was also told that the base is one hundred percent compatible with the Comet XP. After an hour the boss gave me the permission to buy the pliers base and if a problem arises I can return it within a week. The sad thing was that the pliers base did not fit on the Comet XP. Conclusion: Bad advice, total inability and not customer-oriented, the quality of the clothing machine is the last thing. Not even the boss knows what he's selling. hands off

Die Antwort war, ich soll eine E-Mail schreiben und in 2-3 Tagen gibt es eine Bearbeitung der Mail. Ich habe es dann gelassen und bei Tennisman bestellt. I wanted to buy holding tongs from the online shop. Since the dimensions were not listed, I wanted to ask about it by phone. The answer was, I should write an email and in 2-3 days the email will be processed. I then left it and ordered it from Tennisman.
