★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe diese Unterkunft über Booking.com gebucht. Überraschenderweise ließ diese Unterkunft sofort nach Buchung das Geld über ein Schweizer Reisebüro einziehen. Nun habe ich bereits vor einem Monat über Booking.com die Unterkunft für Ende Januar storniert. Die Stornierung war vertragsgemäß kostenlos. Nunmehr renne ich seit einem Monat der Erstattung der bezahlten Reise hinterher. Das Schweizer Reisebüro ist seit Wochen nicht erreichbar und die Familie Wegscheider hat auf meinen Anruf unfreundlich abweisend auf meine Bitte um Erstattung reagiert.
Nunmehr werde ich über Booking.com zwangsweise den Buchungsbetrag eintreiben lassen.
Zum Glück bei alledem sind wir nicht dorthin hingereist.
 I booked this property through Booking.com. Surprisingly, this property had the money collected through a Swiss travel agency immediately after booking. A month ago I canceled the accommodation for the end of January via Booking.com. According to the contract, the cancellation was free of charge. I've been chasing the reimbursement of the paid trip for a month now. The Swiss travel agency has not been available for weeks and the Wegscheider family responded in an unfriendly dismissive manner to my request for reimbursement.
Now I will compulsorily collect the booking amount via Booking.com.
Fortunately with all of this, we didn't go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The property is in a tiny village. It’s i believe a typical Austrian building. Rooms were spacious and clean. It will be ideal to have your own transport as bus service is infrequent. The owner (Max) and his wife were very accommodating and willing to help out guess on their outdoor activities.. Negative: It’s location. Communication - they don’t speak English but we managed to exchange messages..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Excellent value for money! Decent breakfast, quiet rooms, clean facilities and extremely friendly hosts. The location is perfect - not only for those who love skiing, but also if you want to go hiking and enjoy nature.. Negative: Everything was fine!.
