I was very impressed by the fact that he took quite some time to consult me even though there was no money in it for him. Which to me indicates that he really cares about patients. (I also believe that based on how the conversation went. Doctors can at times be curt, cold and rush you to get to the next paying customer. But there was none of that, quite the contrary - he seemed very warm, concerned and patient.)
