Es wurde schnell geliefert, sah toll aus und ich habe sogar ein schönes Giveaway als kleine Aufmerksamkeit bekommen. Leider hat mir das Kleid nicht gepasst und ich musste es zurücksenden. Auch hier lief die Rückerstattung und Abwicklung zügig und problemlos. Mir wurde sogar angeboten, Alternativmodelle zum Anprobieren zugeschickt zu bekommen, da ein Besuch des Ladens in Steinhaus coronabedingt gerade nicht möglich ist. Ich habe mich jetzt für einen anderen Anbieter in meiner Nähe entschieden, kann aber Prinzessin Sophia wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank noch einmal für alle Bemühungen an Oleksandra und ihr Team! Great service - fast, uncomplicated delivery - great stuff! I ordered a wedding dress from Princess Sophia. It was delivered quickly, looked great and I even got a nice giveaway as a small gift. Unfortunately the dress didn't fit me and I had to send it back. Here, too, the reimbursement and processing went quickly and without problems. I was even offered to receive alternative models to try on, as a visit to the store in Steinhaus is currently not possible due to corona. I have now decided on another provider in my area, but I can warmly recommend Princess Sophia! Thanks again to Oleksandra and her team for all your efforts!

Der Stoff und die Farbe sind auch super! :) Really great! The advice was great, all of my wishes were taken into account. The dress is exactly as I imagined. The fabric and color are great too! :)
