E	Eveline Posch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mir erstmalig Schellac-French - Pediküre machen lassen, dies macht eigentlich immer die Chefin Fr Elisabeth selbst, sehr gut gemacht hält bis zu 2 Monate. I had Schellac-French pedicure done for the first time, this is always done by the boss Fr Elisabeth herself, very well done and lasts up to 2 months.

S	Stefanie Lechner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind alles sehr nett und kompetent, nur leider ist es so, dass der Inhaber absolut charakterlos und diskriminierend ist!!! Es wurden einige Termine durcheinander gebracht von ihm und ich wurde stark diskriminiert und genötigt. Dies stellt eine Verletzung der Menschenrechte dar, was rechtliche Konsequenzen nach sich zieht. Habe alle drei Dienstleistungen, Gesichtsbehandlung, Pediküre u Maniküre in Anspruch genommen. Und ich muss sagen, dass alle sehr nett sind und man natürlich sehr gut verständlich kommunizieren kann. Ich war sehr zufrieden wie empathisch und kompetent hier gearbeitet wird, ist halt die bessere Mentalität meistens. The employees are all very nice and competent, but unfortunately it is the case that the owner is absolutely characterless and discriminatory! Some appointments were mixed up by him and I was severely discriminated against and coerced. This is a violation of human rights, which has legal consequences. I used all three services, facial, pedicure and manicure. And I have to say that everyone is very nice and of course you can communicate very easily. I was very satisfied with how empathetic and competent the work is here, it is usually the better mentality.

Die Fingernägel schauen aus, als ob eine Maus sie abgenagt hätte - das Ergebnis von einer rauen Feile, über welche scheinbar nicht für nötig befunden wurde, mit einer feinen nochmal darüberzuarbeiten. Trotz Brille schaffe ich das am Küchentisch besser... Apart from the fact that one quickly gets an appointment, unfortunately one can not report anything particularly positive. The fingernails look as if a mouse would have abraded them - the result of a rough file about which was apparently not found necessary, with a fine work over it again. Despite glasses, I can do it better at the kitchen table ...

Ich habe mich am Montag nach einem Termin erkundigt bezüglich einer Massage für Schwangere & mir wurde der nächste Tag (Dienstag) um 17 Uhr zugesagt. Am nächsten Tag stehe ich dort - der Termin ist erst am Mittwoch (Kommunikation ist da unterirdisch). So, dachte ich mir, kann ja mal passieren, dann stehe ich tags darauf dort und sagt die Masseurin zu mir, sie massiert keine Schwangeren, obwohl der Chef es bejaht hat. Tja, ich bin wieder gegangen mit meinen Schmerzen & jetzt ist auch noch der Lockdown... Mich sieht dieses Studio nie wieder & ich rate auch ab, sich dort beraten zu lassen, denn ich habe mich ja extra erkundigt, ob das möglich ist. Der Chef war nach meiner Beschwerde auch alles andere als freundlich... One star is still too much for such poor service. I asked for an appointment on Monday for a massage for pregnant women & I was promised the next day (Tuesday) at 5 p.m. The next day I am there - the appointment is only on Wednesday (communication is underground there). So, I thought to myself, it can happen, then the next day I stand there and the masseuse tells me that she doesn't massage pregnant women, even though the boss said yes. Well, I left with my pain & now it's lockdown ... This studio will never see me again & I also advise against seeking advice there, because I specifically inquired whether this is possible. The boss was anything but friendly after my complaint ...

Wenn man einen Termin verschieben muss, wird immer für eine gute Lösung gesucht. Danke und bitte weiter so I am very happy with the performance; I really enjoy going to Princrss for pedicures. Everyone is always friendly, calm atmosphere and also very flexible. If you have to postpone an appointment, a good solution is always sought. Thank you and please keep it up
