Ich hatte den Eindruck, das Sortiment ist auf Kundenbedürfnisse perfekt abgestimmt. Bin zwar nur Privatkunde, zutreffen wird dies wohl auch auf den gewerblichen Bereich. Beratung ist sensationell, Kundenservice einzigartig - LOEWE Fernseher wurde am Abend in der Boutique gekauft, völlig unerwartet gleich am nächsten Tag zu mir nach Hause geliefert und in Betrieb genommen.

Advice is sensational, customer service unique - LOEWE TV was purchased at the boutique in the evening, delivered to my home unexpectedly the very next day and put into operation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe heute in der Firma angerufen, ob ich meine JURA Kaffeemaschine zur Reparatur bringen darf, und habe das Problem geschildert. Daraufhin hat Frau Schalie sich Informationen zu meinem älteren Modell besorgt und mir noch am selben Tag ein Mail mit einem Lösungsvorschlag geschickt. Ich konnte die Maschine so selbst wieder zum Funktionieren bringen. Großartig! Sie hat auf ein Geschäft verzichtet und mir kostenlos geholfen. Wo findet man noch sowas!
Hut ab und großes Vertrauen!

I phoned the company today to ask if I could take my JURA coffee machine for repair and I described the problem. As a result, Ms Schalie got some information about my older model and sent me an e-mail with a suggested solution the same day. I was able to bring the machine back to work itself. Great! She gave up a business and helped me for free. Where can you find such a thing?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das einzig Negative? Ich hätte mit meinem technischen Problem schon viel früher hingehen sollen. Beratungsgespräch, Fehleranalyse, Lösung(sansätze) in einer sachlichen, ungemein freundlichen und -auch für mich als Laien - verständlichen Art und Weise. So nebenbei ...HiFi und TV - Equipment das es eine Freude ist. Ein Besuch lohnt sich!
The only negative? I should have gone much earlier with my technical problem. Consultation, error analysis, solution (approaches) in a factual, extremely friendly and - even for me as a layman - understandable way. By the way ... HiFi and TV equipment that it is a pleasure. It's worth a visit!
