Absolut empfehlenswert, alles wird verständlich und ruhig erklärt, Fragen werden ausführlich beantwortet auch während der Fastenphase gibt es Hilfe. Obwohl alles online läuft, fühlt man sich ganz persönlich unterstützt und beraten. I have fasted online several times with Lulith and Mabon and am now taking part in the online liver cleanse course. Highly recommended, everything is explained clearly and calmly, questions are answered in detail, there is also help during the fasting phase. Although everything is online, you feel very personally supported and advised.

Ich habe schon eine Leberreinigung gemacht nach Moritz, die war nicht so erfolgreich. Ich finde es prima, dass sämtliche benötigte Mittel und Lebensmittel genau erklärt werden mit Ihren Vorteilen. Ich hatte mir das schon selbst zusammengesucht. Aber die extra hergestellten Zubereitungen geben mir Sicherheit. Solche Tees und Kräuterzubereitungen bekommt man anderswo nicht zu kaufen. Ich fühle mich durch die Workshops total gut betreut. Absolut zu empfehlen. The "Wunderleicht Leberreinigung" is a really good book with great instructions. I have already done a liver cleanse after Moritz, which was not so successful. I think it's great that all the resources and foods required are explained in detail with their advantages. I had already found it myself. But the specially made preparations give me security. Such teas and herbal preparations cannot be bought anywhere else. I feel very well looked after by the workshops. Highly recommended.

Alles super erklärt in den Büchern und die Webinare sind zusätzlich sehr unterstützend. Eine verständliche Anleitung fördert zusätzlich die Motivation. Macht weiter so. Kann euch nur von Herzen weiterempfehlen. I did the liver cleanse for the first time and did the miraculous fast in the spring. Everything is well explained in the books and the webinars are also very supportive. Comprehensible instructions also promote motivation. Keep it up. I can only recommend you from the bottom of my heart.

Man spürt da sehr schnell, dass ein sehr erfahrenes, medizinisch und ernährungstherapeutisch sehr kompetentes Team am Werk ist.
