Sie gibt einem das Gefühl man kann sich fallen lassen und die Welt für eine Weile einfach vor ihrer Tür lassen. Wenn man dann nach der Massage wieder dem Alltag begegnen muss, tut man dies mit neuer Energie und einer neuen Liebe zum eigenen Körper. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann die Praxis jedem weiterempfehlen der seinem Körper und Geist was gutes tun will. I was able to enjoy my first Ayurveda massage with Ms. Mag. Liberato and left her practice enthusiastically and completely relaxed. She makes you feel like you can let yourself go and just leave the world in front of her door for a while. If you then have to face everyday life again after the massage, you do so with new energy and a new love for your own body. I would love to come back and can recommend the practice to anyone who wants to do something good for their body and mind.

Geplagt von starken Rückenschmerzen und einer Überweisung zur Heilmassage bekam ich trotz Covid-Situation und Weihnachtszeit nach einem herzlichen, sympathischen und einfühlsamen Telefonat innerhalb von wenigen Tagen meinen ersten Termin und durfte knapp über ein halbes Jahr die Behandlung bei Sigrid genießen. Ich fühlte mich von Anfang an mit meinen Beschwerden Ernst genommen, jedes Mal auf’s Neue herzlich willkommen geheißen und nach jeder Sitzung fühlte ich mich besser (nicht nur körperlich, sondern auch psychisch – fast einem Wellnessaufenthalt gleich). Sigrid ist eine tolle Zuhörerin und behandelt nicht nur die schmerzenden Stellen, sondern verfolgt einen ganzkörperlichen Ansatz und gibt obendrein Ernährungs-, physiotherapeutische- und Yogatipps um Schmerzen langfristig entgegen zu wirken. Plagued by severe back pain and a referral for a therapeutic massage, despite the Covid situation and Christmas time, I got my first appointment within a few days after a warm, personable and empathetic phone call and was able to enjoy the treatment with Sigrid for just over half a year. Right from the start I felt that my complaints were taken seriously, each time I was warmly welcomed anew and after each session I felt better (not only physically but also mentally - almost like a wellness stay). Sigrid is a great listener and not only treats the painful areas, but also pursues a whole-body approach and also gives nutritional, physiotherapy and yoga tips to counteract pain in the long term. Sigrid not only masters her craft of massage perfectly, but also massages with a lot of empathy and awareness and uses wonderfully selected oils. Her practice is an oasis of well-being and I can warmly recommend Sigrid to everyone who is looking for a place that is rest and relaxation and who wants to do something good for their body in the long term :)

My whole system relaxed and it was not easy for me to stay awake, I wanted to feel the good touch but then fell asleep in the end, I felt so much at peace with my body. The office is very calming and friendly with a lot of wood materials and good smells from all the oils. Thank you Sigrid for this special treatment, I could feel how much you like your job and the is a great experience.
