Terminvergaben top, bei akuten Problemen innerhalb 1-2 Tagen. Professionally competent, friendly handling Very child-friendly practice, the team has a lot of patience and empathy. 2 of my children were treated there and we were very satisfied with this and with the result. Appointments are excellent, for acute problems within 1-2 days.

A	Agent Black on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor Jahren ging alles noch einwandfrei, mittlerweile ist allerdings der Umgang mit den Kunden katastrophal. Lange Wartezeiten und schlampigkeit ist keine Seltenheit. Musste schon mehrmals wegen schlampigkeit nach einer Behandlung am nächsten Tag wieder in die Praxis um es zu reparieren. Würde diese Praxis definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen und raten sich eine andere zu suchen. Years ago everything went perfectly, but now dealing with customers is catastrophic. Long waiting times and sloppiness is not uncommon. Had to go back to the practice several times because of sloppiness after a treatment the next day to fix it. Would definitely not recommend this practice and advise to look for another.
R	Richardson Klocker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + Ambiente in der Praxis ist gemütlich - Die Assistentinnen machen alles nur schnell, schnell und so muss sehr oft schon am nächsten Tag ein Bracket neu geklebt werden. - Mitarbeiterinnen schimpfen neben dem Kunden über andere - Wartezeit ist manchmal unerträglich - Behandlung erfolgt fast nur von den Assistentinnen und man bekommt den Arzt kaum zu Gesicht - Terminvergabe ist ein krampf. Mir wurde, als ich eine stechende Stelle bei der Spange hatte, schon mitgeteilt ich solle selbst Hand anlegen da alles bis in 2 Wochen Ausgebucht war. Sogar für Notfälle. Habe dann bei meinem Zahnarzt angerufen und dieser sagte ich könne sofort vorbeikommen. + The ambience in the practice is cozy - The assistants just do everything quickly, quickly and so a bracket often has to be re-glued the next day. - Employees complain about others alongside the customer - Waiting times are sometimes unbearable - treatment is almost exclusively done by the assistants and you can hardly see the doctor - Making appointments is a cramp. Then I called my dentist and he said I could come over immediately.
