Was a customer for two years and mostly satisfied. Once with careless paintwork. If the opening hours were longer than 18 o'clock, I would like to come back.

Mit einer charmanten und ruhigen Art beantwortet die Spezialistin alle Fragen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Already at the reception, the mood is relaxed with small talk. Das Personal hier ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, es ist alles sehr Clean und Hygienisch, kann wirklich nichts schlechtes berichten. We were here today with our 8 month old son because he has small nails with his teeth. The staff here is very courteous and friendly, it is all very clean and hygienic, can not report anything bad.

Hornhaut war zum Teil noch dran. Man hat nicht einmal den alten Nagellack entfernt. Für Euro 40 erwarte ich mir eine top Fusspflege! Ich schwöre, dass ich meine Füße zu Hause besser hinkriege und ich habe keine professionelle Ausbildung. The staff is very friendly and it is also very clean. I didn't like songs that my pedicure took 5 minutes (without exaggeration). Some of the cornea was still there. You didn't even remove the old nail polish. For € 40 I expect top foot care! I swear I can do my feet better at home and I have no professional training.

Wirkt alles extrem sauber und alle Mitarbeiterinnen scheinen durchwegs sehr kompetent. Absolute Empfehlung! Very satisfied! My ingrown toenail, which has been causing me pain and grief for so long, has finally been healed thanks to the metal brace. Everything looks extremely clean and all employees seem very competent throughout. Absolute recommendation!

Zur Krönung wurde ich trotz Terminvereinbarung und telefonischer Ankündigung dass ich 5 Min zu spät komme (Verkehr) wieder weggeschickt. Es waren dann doch 10 Min und man hätte jetzt leider keine Zeit mehr - Die Diskussion darüber hat allein schon 7 Minuten gebraucht :-) Für mich leider nicht mehr. Was a customer for many years and was satisfied. Unfortunately, the quality of the staff (especially courtesy) has deteriorated a lot. To top it off, I was sent away again despite an appointment and a telephone announcement that I would be 5 minutes late (traffic). It was 10 minutes and you would not have any more time - the discussion about it took 7 minutes :-) For me, unfortunately, not anymore.

The website does say "bis 45 Minuten", so I expected it to take 45 minutes, but it instead took only 25 minutes. I also had something on my foot that need to be looked at, and I was told at the appointment to go to a Hautarzt (dermatologist). That would have been nice to know on the phone when I made the appointment here for foot care.
