Auf Anrufe wurde nicht reagiert, statt einem Rückruf kam per SMS die Info, es gäbe keine freien Kapazitäten, ich müsse mir einen anderen Therapeuten suchen. Geht man so mit Patienten um? Waited over 2 months for an appointment that was canceled 4 hours before. Calls were not responded to, instead of being called back, the text message sent me that there was no free capacity and that I had to look for another therapist. Is that how you treat patients?
