Wie ich dann dort war ging alles sehr schnell, wieder freundlich empfangen und gleich wurde ich aufgerufen. Beim Herrn Dr. Hannes Bacher habe ich gleich gesehen der weiß sofort was man braucht und sagt mir pflanzliche Medikamente zum Aufbau und eine gute Kollegin für die Begleitung und weitere Beratung für die nächsten Wochen. Man ist da wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben, kann man nur weiterempfehlen!!! Danke. I called and immediately received friendly advice from the assistant Denise and made an appointment straight away. Ich bin sehr froh, das auch Ärzte wie er noch Praktiziern. & auch Härtefalle wie mich aufnimmt, und nicht verzweifeln lässt. Was im Endeffekt ja nur dazu führen würde das ich halt, eine Nummer mehr in der Suizidopfer Statistik wäre. Vielen Dank für alles Herr Dr. Bacher Dr. Bacher always tries hard, even with patients like me, where almost all psychiatrists simply give up. I am very happy that doctors like him are still practitioners. & also hardship trap as it takes me in and does not let you despair. Deshalb bewerte ich Sie mit 5 Sternen, kann Sie nur an jeden weiterempfehlen, der vielleicht Angst vor Ärzten hat oder den Besuch bei der Gynäkologin scheut ;) Frau Dr. Bacher ist eine sehr vorsichtige und einfühlsame Ärztin, sie klärt einen gut auf und ist immer für ein Gespräch offen :)) An excellent doctor's office! Miss Dr. Bacher and Dr. Bacher are both very competent, hard-working, friendly and funny doctors. I have known you personally for years and I am more than satisfied with your support. That's why I rate you with 5 stars, I can only recommend you to anyone who may be afraid of doctors or shy away from visiting the gynecologist;) Dr. Bacher is a very careful and empathetic doctor, she explains you well and is always open to a conversation :))

Bacher gab sich betont entspannt und jovial im Umgang um das Gefühl von Interesse und Anteilnahme vorzugaukeln. Konkret fehlte jedoch jeglicher Einsatz - nachdem es kaum möglich war Dr. Bacher telefonisch zu erreichen, keine Nachrichten mit der Bitte um Rückruf je etwas genützt haben, emails mit der Bitte um Kontaktaufnahme ebenfalls nichts gebracht haben, wurde meine Negativerfahrung noch dadurch gegipfelt, dass mein Antrag auf Rehakostenübernahe abgelehnt wurde, da von Dr. Bacher mit null-Kommentar und ohne relevante Beilagen (trotz meines Vorschlags per email, eine meiner unbeantworteten emails, die Unterlagen beizulegen) an die PVA durchgereicht. Zusammenfassend: mehr ignoriert kann man sich als Patient nicht fühlen! Unfortunately, I cannot share the positive reviews and compliments! dr H. Bacher was deliberately relaxed and jovial in his dealings in order to feign a feeling of interest and sympathy. In concrete terms, however, there was a lack of any commitment - after it was hardly possible for Dr. Bacher by phone, no messages asking for a call back have ever been of any use, emails asking to be contacted have also not brought anything, my negative experience was culminated in the fact that my application for reimbursement of rehabilitation costs was rejected, since Dr. Bacher with zero comment and no relevant attachments (despite my suggestion by email, one of my unanswered emails, to attach the documents) to the PVA. In summary: you can't feel more ignored as a patient!

Man fühlt sich einfach sehr wohl und sehr gut aufgehoben. Herr Dr. Bacher hat uns durch eine sehr schwere Zeit geholfen und macht das auch weiterhin.
