Darüber hinaus herrscht eine warme Atmosphäre in der Ordination und sind auch die Assistenten rundum bemüht dem Patient auf der Menschenebene zu begegnen. Ich kann die Praxis nur weiterempfehlen. An extremely committed, competent and especially friendly doctor who took the time to address my concerns and quickly initiated the necessary therapy. Miss Dr. Denia is by far the best and most competent doctor I know. In order to achieve the best cosmetic results and to receive the best medical advice, I always turn to Dr. Denia. In addition, you just feel great when you are in the ordination, not only the woman Dr. but also the girls on staff always radiate great energy and are always respectful.

In der wunderschönen, hygienisch sauberen Ordination fühlt man sich, durch die angenehme Atmosphäre, sofort wohl. Die engagierten Assistentinnen bleiben auch in stressigen Situationen ruhig, aufmerksam und sehr höflich. Fr. Dr. Denia ist die beste Ärztin bei der ich je war, da sie sich für Ihre Patienten wirklich Zeit nimmt und um richtiges Zuhören bemüht ist (was nicht selbstverständlich ist), um gemeinsam eine Lösung bei jeder Krankheit zu finden. Ich habe schon sehr viel Erfahrung mit Allgemeinmedizinern und nicht alle waren erfreulich oder positiv. Umso schöner ist es endlich eine so gute Praxis gefunden zu haben :) The practice of dr. Denia is extremely competent, committed and very friendly. In the beautiful, hygienically clean surgery, you immediately feel at ease thanks to the pleasant atmosphere. The dedicated assistants remain calm, attentive and very polite even in stressful situations. Mrs. Dr. Denia is the best doctor I have ever been to because she really takes her time with her patients and tries to really listen (which is not a given) to find a solution together with any illness. I have had a great deal of experience with GPs and not all have been pleasant or positive. It's all the nicer to have finally found such a good practice :)

I was given the wrong medication and was humiliated by the receptionists (mainly by the blonde one). It’s horrible to be sick and in a different country and find yourself in this situation. All the times I went there they were more than 1h late. I had to call my health insurance because I was not going to stay with them for an entire quarter, not even one more day.

She takes her time, listens to all your concerns, answers all your questions, and gives the right referrals to ensure you're safe and in good health! She was very patient with all my requests and concerns. I really appreciate this practice - it's a pleasure going to the doctor's now. The assistants are also very friendly and helpful with information. They were very nice and willing to help despite the fact I don't speak German - everyone, including the doctor, spoke in English to me. You can't make an appointment, but in some respects that's better, as the line usually goes relatively quickly (1-2 hours) and it means you're definitely getting seen on the day!

The receptionists are perhaps a work in progress but the doctors and Med students are all very helpful. I would recommend this place to honestly everyone I know, both german and english are spoken I can say confidently and know that all staff are constantly improving their english too. Have a good day!

I can really say the nicest family doctor I've met. The nice atmosphere give me the feeling of welcome. Definitely recommend!
A	Alison Clarke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Dr. Denia for a little under three years and in that time I've never had a bad experience. Starting with the receptionists, who are always welcoming and helpful, the entire reception and waiting area is spacious and comfortable. The surgery is very centrally located and is a few metres away from the Herrengasse underground station. Dr. Denia is a wonderfully kind, humane and professional doctor. She always listens to any concerns and takes time to find the correct diagnosis. The longest I've ever had to wait is 20 minutes. I'd rather wait a bit and know that I have a doctor who will take the necessary time, and not treat the surgery like a railway station. In addition to offering GP services, there is also a physiotherapist and nutritionist at the practice. In response to the person who was experiencing language difficulties, I've never had a problem with the English of either the reception staff, or Dr. Denia. I would confidently recommend Dr. Denia to anyone.
