Wir haben ein Kugelhahn mit Elektrischen Antrieb gekauft das Produkt ist nach nicht mal einem Jahr voll mit Wasser gelaufen und der Hersteller behauptet das wäre unsere Schuld gewesen obwohl von Außen kein Wasser eindringen Konnte! Absolute Freschheit! Der Hersteller hatte nicht mal Kontakt aufgenommen sonder nur dem Händler gesagt das er sich da nicht in der Schuld Sieht! Das nenne ich mal Service! Da kaufe ich lieber ein China Kracher der hält auf jeden Fall zwei Jahre!
Guarantee refused! We bought a ball valve with an electric drive, the product ran full of water after less than a year and the manufacturer claims that it was our fault even though no water could penetrate from the outside! Absolute freshness! The manufacturer didn't even get in touch, just told the dealer that he didn't feel guilty! That's what I call service! I would rather buy a China cracker that will definitely last two years!
