Nachdem nach 1 1/2 Monaten endlich ein Termin mit vorheriger Vereinbarung zu Stande kam wurde ein Stöpsel für die Badewanne gebracht, der nicht dicht hält! Der Wasserhahn in der Küche tropft und aus dem Rohr tropft braune Flüssigkeit dank nicht notwendiger Abdichtpaste in den Spülenschrank. Dann wurde ich auch noch gezwungen ein ganzes Abflussrohrset in billigster Qualität zu kaufen... Zudem einen Aufpreis für einen Lehrling, der für mich als Kunde nicht notwendig war!! Für die Reklamation und Reparatur dieses Pfusches wurde mir 3x gesagt ich würde vom Installateur, von dem es nur einen in der Firma gäbe, zurückgerufen, da nur er seine Termine kennen würde... 1 1/2 Monate später hab ich immer noch keinen Rückruf!! Ein Stern ist noch zu viel!! Fazit: Unprofessionell vom Anfang bis zum Ende!! Abzocke und nicht zufriedenstellendes Ergebnis!! Call and say come in 10 minutes. Where is there something please. After 1 1/2 months finally an appointment with prior agreement came to conditions a stopper for the bathtub was brought, which does not hold tight! The faucet in the kitchen drips and drips brown liquid from the tube thanks to not necessary sealing paste in the sink cabinet. Then I was also forced to buy a whole drain pipe set in the cheapest quality ... In addition, an extra charge for an apprentice, which was not necessary for me as a customer !! For the complaint and repair of this plague I was told 3x I would call back from the installer, of which there was only one in the company, because only he would know his appointments ... 1 1/2 months later, I still have no callback !! A star is still too much !! Conclusion: Unprofessional from the beginning to the end !! Rip off and not satisfactory result !!
M	Martina Engel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei unserem Boiler wurde ein Ventil getauscht. Es war 1 Arbeiter der Firma da plus einem Lehrling, der nur herumstand und zusah. Während der Installateur das Ventil montierte entlüfteten wir selbst die Heizkörper. Verrechnet wurden uns 1stunde Arbeit plus Gehilfe, obwohl sie nur 20min da waren und der Gehilfe ein Lehrling im 1.Lehrjahr war und NICHTS tat. Ebenso wurde das Heizung entlüften verrechnet. Ich wusste gar nicht, dass man eine Firma für unsere Arbeit bezahlen muss. Ich habe als die Rechnung über 1 Monat später eintrudelte sofort bei der Firma Präauer angerufen und dies beanstandet. Mir wurde ein Rückruf von der Chefin zugesichert, welcher nicht stattfand. Ich fuhr dann an einem Freitag (Werkzag) direkt zur Firma hin und stand vor verschlossenen Türen. Weder war dort ein Schild mit Öffnungszeiten noch sonst etwas wie zB ein Hinweis auf Betriebsurlaub ... Wirklich sehr sehr ärgerlich! A valve was replaced on our boiler. There was 1 worker from the company plus an apprentice who just stood around and watched. While the fitter installed the valve, we vented the radiators ourselves. We were charged for 1 hour of work plus assistant, although they were only there for 20 minutes and the assistant was an apprentice in his first year of training and did NOTHING. Ventilating the heating was also charged. I didn't even know that you had to pay a company to do our work. When the invoice arrived over 1 month later, I immediately called the Präauer company and complained about it. I was assured a callback from the boss, which did not take place. I then drove straight to the company on a Friday (Werkzag) and stood in front of closed doors. Neither was there a sign with opening times or anything like, for example, a reference to company vacation ... Really, very, very annoying!
