Bei einem Problem habe ich eine Mail an die falsche Adresse geschrieben. Die Mail wurde binnen kürzester Zeit an die richtige Stelle geleitet, mit der ich auch unverzüglich in Kontakt treten konnte. Einige Mails später war das Problem lokalisiert und ein Austauschgerät unterwegs. So geht Service und sehr viele andere Firmen könnten bei PowUnity in die Lehre gehen. Sehr gut! Weiter so! Thank you! Die Lieferung klappte schnell und ohne Probleme, und wurde sehr nett und persönlich geschrieben durch PowUnity per Mail mitgeteilt. Auf meine Erweiterungs-/ Verbesserungsvorschläge für die App habe ich ebenfalls direkt am nächsten Tag ein Feedback bekommen. Hier fühlt man sich gut aufgehoben! Klare Empfehlung!!! A	Andre-Max on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich nutze PowUnity seit über 2 Jahren und bin voll zufrieden. Den Einbau habe ich von einer Fachwerkstatt durchführen lassen. Die App ist sehr übersichtlich gehalten und einfach zu bedienen. Neben dem GPS-Live-Tracking dass sehr gut funktioniert und sofort anschlägt bei aktiver Scharfstellung gibt PowUnity auch einen detaillierten Überblick über die zurückgelegten Touren. Geschwindigkeiten, Darstellung der Tour auf der Karte, Zeit, Distanz etc. wird alles übersichtlich dargestellt. Außerdem kann in der App ein „Steckbrief“ seines Fahrzeugs hinterlegt werden mit Fotos und Besonderheiten. Zusätzlich kann man einen Automatik-Modus aktivieren der sich scharf stellt wenn man das jeweilige Fahrzeug abstellt und abschließt. Über die Fälligkeit des nächsten Jahresbeitrages wird auch informiert. Im ersten Jahr ist sie gratis ab dem zweiten dann kostenpflichtig. Aber mit knapp 40,-€ fair bezahlbar. Man kann zwar auch monatlich abbuchen lassen, das wird aber aufs komplette Jahr gerechnet teurer. Bei Diebstahl kann der Polizei schnell und live die Bewegungen und der Standort übermittelt werden. PowUnity bildet zu einer vernünftigen Versicherung und einer guten am besten 2fachen mechanischen Sicherung eine gute und sinnvolle Ergänzung um sein Eigentum zu schützen. Klare Empfehlung von mir! App installiert, und es hat auf Anhieb funktioniert. Am nächsten Morgen vergessen den Alarm zu deaktivieren. Habe das Fahrrad 3m! im Hof verschoben, und der Alarm ging los. Fantastisch, ich bin begeistert. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Assembled immediately after delivery. Assembly instructions described very well and simply. Sort the cables a little behind the engine cover, done. App installed and it worked straight away. The next morning, forget to deactivate the alarm. Got the bike 3m! moved in the courtyard and the alarm went off. Fantastic, I'm thrilled. I can only recommend.

Läuft es nicht mehr (Standort wird nicht mehr aktualisiert) helfen auch die Tipps aus den FAQ nicht weiter. 4 Tage gab es nichts hilfreiches vom Support, nur dass, was in den FAQ sowieso schon steht. Dann ging alles "von selbst" wieder. Ich vermute dass es an deren Server lag oder sie meinen Tracker reinitalisiert haben. Eine Info darüber gab es aber nicht. Der Support ist inakzeptabel langsam und dann noch nicht einmal hilfreich. Telefonisch schon mal gar nicht zu erreichen. Daher nur 1 Stern. As long as the system is running, everything is fine. If it no longer works (location is no longer updated) the tips from the FAQ will not help. For 4 days there was nothing helpful from the support, only what is already in the FAQ anyway. Then everything went "by itself" again. I suspect it was due to their server or they reinitalized my tracker. But there was no information about it. The support is unacceptably slow and then not even helpful. Not even reachable by phone. Therefore only 1 star.
