★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nettes, kleines Fitnesstudio, mit ganz persönlicher Betreuung, es wird ganz schonend auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse eingegangen, besonders für Personen geeignet, die nicht so super sportlich sind, oder nicht mehr so jung. Trainiert wird auf "Power Plates" mit zusätzlichen Geräten. Terminvereinbarung mit einer Physiotherapeutin ist möglich, Training ist auf Regelmäßigkeit über einen längeren Zeitraum abgestimmt, ist super für Koordination, Gleichgewicht und bei rheumatischen Beschwerden, für gezielten Muskelaufbau und gegen Osteoporose - ich weiß wovon ich rede, ich trainiere schon seit 9Jahren hier, obwohl ich Diabetikerin bin, eine Herzschwäche habe und Rheumatische Beschwerden!!! Ich kanns nur jedem empfehlen!!! Abgesehen von der überaus netten Atmosphäre, kann man sich hier wirklich wohl fühlen!!! ???????️♀️??️♂️??
PS: Ausdauertraining für Langzeitkunden kostenlos möglich!!!
 Very nice, small gym, with very personal care, it is very gently on the individual needs, especially for people who are not so great athletic, or not so young. Training is done on "Power Plates" with additional equipment. Appointment with a physiotherapist is possible, training is tuned to regularity over a longer period of time, is great for coordination, balance and rheumatic complaints, for targeted muscle growth and against osteoporosis - I know what I'm talking about, I have been training here for 9 years, although I I am diabetic, have a heart failure and have rheumatic complaints !!! I can only recommend it to everyone !!! Apart from the very nice atmosphere, you can really feel comfortable here! ???????️♀️??️♂️??
