★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann allen Interessierten nur abraten zum Versicherungsmakler Potzinger zu gehen. Ein Stern ist noch zu viel für diese GmbH. Wir hatte im Sommer 2020, als das starke Unwetter war, mehrere Schäden bei unserem Haus. Seit dem versuchen wir vergeblich den Schaden mit Herrn Potzinger, dem Chef, zu regeln. Er reagiert sporadisch bis gar nicht auf Anrufe. Wenn man ihn mal erreicht und er sagt, dass er zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt zurück ruft, tut er das nicht. Versucht man ihn dann von sich aus wieder zu erreichen ist das vergebens. Er schiebt prinzipiell alles auf unsere Versicherung (die Generali),, dass die nicht weiter tun und schuld sind...?!?"Selbst auf Mails in denen er von uns auf seine hohe Unprofessionalität angesprochen wird, reagiert er nicht. Heute haben wir den 04.03.2021 und unser Schaden vom Sommer ist nach wie vor nicht geklärt. Es gab etliche Kontaktversuche via Mail und Telefon die ins Leere gingen.
Herr Potzinger ist aus unserer Erfahrung höchst unverlässlich, höchst unprofessionell im Umgang mit uns als Kunden.
Hauptsache er hat die Provision kassiert , die er behält und leider können wir erst nach drei Jahren kündigen.
Zusammenfassend: Finger weg an alle, die verlässliche Betreuung bei Versicherungsschäden suchen!!!
 I can only advise anyone interested to go to the Potzinger insurance broker. One star is still too many for this GmbH. We had several damage to our house in the summer of 2020 when the severe storm was. Since then we have tried in vain to settle the damage with Mr. Potzinger, the boss. He reacts sporadically or not at all to calls. If you get in touch with him and he says he'll call you back at a certain time, he doesn't. If you try to reach him again on your own, it is in vain. In principle, he blames everything on our insurance (the Generali), that they are not doing anything and are to blame ...?!? "He doesn't even respond to emails in which he is addressed by us about his high level of unprofessionalism. Today we have March 4th, 2021 and our damage from the summer has still not been clarified.There were several attempts to contact us via email and phone that didn't work.
In our experience, Mr. Potzinger is extremely unreliable, extremely unprofessional in dealing with us as customers.
The main thing is that he has collected the commission he is keeping and unfortunately we can only cancel after three years.
In summary: hands off everyone who is looking for reliable assistance in the event of insurance damage !!!
