Kassa auf lassen Leute einfach warten glaube die sind hier alle chefs s außer der Wolfgang mit der Brille der ist schnell und fleißig Kompliment ..heute hat er alle bedient wo sein Kollege 30 minutenlang nur ein Person bedient hat unglaublich wo ich weg war er immer noch bei dem einen Kunden dran die anderen Personal sind abgehauen wo er die Schlange der Kunden gesehen hat!!! Unless an employee thinks the rest are gods take so much time to walk around no 2. 3. Cash on just wait people think they are all the bosses here except Wolfgang with glasses who is quick and hardworking compliment .. today he served everyone where his colleague served only one person for 30 minutes incredible where I was gone he still with one customer the other staff left where he saw the line of customers !!!

Je nach Kundenwunsch, kann daher der ein oder andere Besuch etwas länger dauern, aber aufgrund der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft nehme ich das so hin. Usually a little longer waiting time than I have planned, but the staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Depending on the customer's request, one or the other visit may take a little longer, but because of the friendliness and helpfulness, I accept it.

r	ronny hofmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK, kurz durchschnaufen, man möchte eine DHL Rücksendung abgeben, dieses hat warum auch immer nicht funktioniert. Auf die Frage nach einer Lösung könnte nur googlen sie wo DHL ist. Naja die Post Österreich hat DHL übernommen es gibt nur die Post. Das hab ich ihm nochmals versucht zu erklären dann hat er gemeint ich soll nochmal googlen. Nun ein paar Tage später geb ich dieses Paket ab und bezahl selbst. Der gleiche Mitarbeiter nicht freundlicher mit einer unmöglichen überheblichem Art. Zu guter Letzt möchte er mir noch ein Konto verkaufen und wundert sich dass ich ablehne. Naja seltsam. OK, take a quick breather, you want to hand in a DHL return, this always didn't work. When asked for a solution, you could just google where DHL is. Well, the Austrian Post took over DHL, there is only the Post. I tried to explain that to him again, then he said I should google again. Now a few days later I hand in this package and pay for it myself. The same employee is no friendlier with an impossible arrogant manner. Finally, he wants to sell me an account and is surprised that I refuse. Well strange.
s	steffen mayr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es freut mich jedes mal, wenn ich nicht daheim eine Sendung entgegennehmen kann, diese dann zur Filiale (leider nie zur SB-Abholstation, ist diese immer voll?) gebracht wird und ich wieder einen miserablen Kontakt mit den unmotiviertesten und unfreundlichsten Mitarbeiterinnen (Achtung meiden Sie die dunkelhaarigen!) haben muss. Da lasse ich mir nicht zweimal von der Regierung Social Distancing anordnen bei den Damen. Daumen hoch an die Männer, die noch fachliche und soziale Kompetenz an den Arbeitsplatz bringen. I am always happy when I cannot receive a shipment at home, it is then brought to the branch (unfortunately never to the self-service pick-up station, is it always full?) And I again have miserable contact with the most unmotivated and unfriendly employees (attention, avoid You the dark-haired!) Must have. I won't let the government order social distancing for women twice. Thumbs up to the men who still bring professional and social skills to the workplace.

Aber sie machte ihre Arbeit!!! The blonde lady at counter 2 was in a bad mood today: I had the feeling she was punching through the paper on the envelope with the stamp. But she did her job !!!

A	Angelique L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Welcome to Kafka's nightmare. We went to this post this morning. The employee, Mr H. was so useless and arrogant, I even wonder if he knows what he is doing. When he could not/did not want to help despite a mistake from the Post on a letter I sent, we asked to talk to his supervisor. Mr Huber replied "sorry, we handle complains only until 10 am. Come back on Monday". His attitude was so ridiculous I even thought it was a hidden camera program for the TV. Please, Mr H., change job.......
