I	I'm Victoria. Bye. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach nur unverständlich. Ich habe mir ein Paket bei Media Markt bestellt, hat auch dabei alles hingehauen, die Absendung des Produktes war überpünktlich. Jedoch die Lieferung der Post absolut nicht. Das Paket wurde behaglos an eine andere Person, die weder ich noch mein Haushalt kennt, abgeben. Nur der Vorname der Person wurde mir gesagt., den Nachnamen weiß die Post nicht einmal. Zum einen waren wir zuhause als das Paket zugestellt werden sollte, es macht also grundsätzlich keinen Sinn, dass das Paket überhaupt an eine andere Person abgegeben wurde. Zum anderen frage ich mich doch, warum die Post nicht gründlicher nach den Daten fragt, es handelt sich auch immerhin um ein großes schweres Paket, und dann auch noch um eine heißbegehrte Firma wie Media Markt. Oder wenigestens, statt der Übergabe, einen gelben Zettel hinterlegt. Momentan weiß weder die Post noch ich wo sich das Paket befindet, und Nachforschungen über Media Markt wurden schon beantragt. Einfach nur eine Unverschämtheit, zu mal der Inhalt des Paketes auch ziemlich wertvoll war. Nachtrag: Die Post hat es geschafft das Paket wieder aufzufinden, und ich habe es zum Glück noch bekommen. Leider kann ich trotzdem nicht einfach darüber hinwegsehen. Just incomprehensible. I ordered a package from Media Markt, everything went well, the product was dispatched on time.
