h	hana wien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war zu Hause, aber der Postbote klingelte nicht und hinterließ die Quittung, dass ich zur Post gehen musste, um das Paket abzuholen. Es ist nicht fair, ich war den ganzen Tag zu Hause, ohne auszugehen, und niemand hat an die Gegensprechanlage geklopft. I was home but the postman didn't ring and left the receipt that I had to go to the post office to pick up the package. It's not fair, I've been home all day without going out and no one has knocked on the intercom.
G	Georg Bolena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechtestes Service in ganz Wien und Umgebung.Eine ältere Dame vor mir wurde von der Mitarbeiterin der Filiale zusammengestutz wie ein Kleinkind. Angestellte war nicht fähig den Ticketautomaten nachzustellen und gab der Dame die Schuld. Mit dem Frust im Kopf hat sie dann auch gleich mich bedient. Hoffentlich nie wieder. Ich bin froh das ich kein Konto bei der Post habe. Worst service in all of Vienna and the surrounding area. An elderly lady in front of me was pinned down like a toddler by the branch employee. Employee was not able to adjust the ticket machine and blamed the lady. With the frustration in her head, she served me right away. Hopefully never again. I'm glad I don't have an account with the post office.
L	Lana Banana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unhöfliche MitarbeiterInnen, keine Begrüßung, nur „nehmen wir nicht… wir nehmen auch nicht alles“. Auf die Frage hin, wo ich das Paket sonst abgeben könnte, wird mir nur „Keine Ahnung, schauen‘s im Internet“ entgegnet. Dass die Dame direkt vor sich einen Computer mit Internetzugang hat lasse ich außer Acht. Lächerliche Art mit Kunden umzugehen. Werde ich in Zukunft meiden. Very rude staff, no greeting, just "we don't take ... we don't take everything either". When asked where else I could drop off the parcel, the only answer I received was “No idea, look on the Internet”. I ignore the fact that the lady in front of her has a computer with internet access. Ridiculous way of dealing with customers. I will avoid in the future.
C	Casper Subben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super unfreundliches Personal, Masken werden entweder ohne verdeckter Nase oder gleich gar nicht getragen. Wenn es nicht die einzige Post in der Nähe wäre, würde ich die meiden. Einrichtung ist ok, gibt eine Abholstation, einen Bankomat, "Schreibzubehör", einen Drucker. Super unfriendly staff, masks are either worn without a covered nose or not at all. If it wasn't the only post office around, I would avoid it. Furniture is ok, there is a pick-up station, an ATM, "writing accessories", a printer.

Man kommt mit einem Retourpaket zu ihnen und bittet sie freundlich das Rücksendetikett auszudrucken (auf der Homepage von DHL wird die Post als Servicepartner angegeben und eine der Serviceleistungen ist der kostenlose Ausdruck des Rücksendeetiketts) und bekommt ein: "na sicher nicht" zurück. Auf Diskussionen wollte sich die Dame auch nicht einlassen, sondern hat mich nur in den gegenüberliegenden Copy Shop verwiesen (1,90 Euro für den Ausdruck eines Blatt Papiers) I can only agree: This is one of the rudest post offices in all of Vienna. You come to them with a return package and kindly ask them to print out the return label (on the DHL homepage, the post office is specified as a service partner and one of the services is the free printout of the return label) and you get back: "Of course not". The lady did not want to get involved in discussions, but only referred me to the copy shop opposite (1.90 euros for printing out a sheet of paper)
L	LUCKI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da merkt man mal wieder was Betriebliches und Menschliches Versagen heißt man kommt herein man grüßt diese komische alte Dame fang ma erst garnicht an zum reden über sie weil der kann man nicht mehr helfen die Filialleitung steht vorm Computer schaut mich garnicht an ist genauso unfreundlich und unverschämt richtig frech beide gehören beide weg die Post ist nurnoch schlecht zudem wurden 2 Pakete verloren aber die Post war es ja nicht es ist ja nie jemand es ist anscheinend immer der Heilige Geist ein Stern ist schon viel zu viel bei so etwas geht mir einfach das geimpfte auf ich sag nur eines MEIDET DIE POST !!!!!!!!!!!! Then you realize again what operational and human failure means you come in you greet this funny old lady don't even start talking about her because you can't help anymore the branch manager is standing in front of the computer doesn't look at me at all is just as unfriendly and impudent really cheeky both both belong gone the post is just bad also 2 packages were lost but it wasn't the post it's never anyone it's apparently always the Holy Spirit a star is way too much for something like that I just feel the vaccinated I only say one thing AVOID THE POST !!!!!!!!!!!!

Всегда пользуюсь этой почтой. Находится не далеко от метро. В продаже имеются так же напитки и шоколадки. Not long waiting in line, many ticket offices are open. There are sofas for a more comfortable waiting. The staff is very fast. I always use this mail. Located not far from the metro. There are also drinks and chocolates on sale.
