Bin trotzdrm zufrieden ? Nice lady who took the packages from me, unfortunately there is no way to pay without cash, so I had to fetch cash to the ATM at the Billa. I'm satisfied anyway

S	Steffl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Katastrophe. Soviel Unkompetenz bei der Post Annahme ist kaum zu überbieten. Da wird sofort aus Unkenntnis der nächst höhere Paketpreis verrechnet. Wenn man darauf hinweist wird sofort die in Frage kommenden Maße bezweifelt, obwohl von der Post so angegeben, mit fadenscheinigen Ausreden argumentiert. Eine Abzocke sondergleichen. Möchte gar nicht wissen wie viele Leute da gutgläubig zuviel bezahlt haben. Angesprochen wird da ein junger Herr der meint alles zu wissen, obwohl es ein Blödsinn ist, was er da von sich gibt. Einzig alleine eine langjährige Bedienstete ist wirklich kompetent und freundlich. Nur leider ist diese nicht immer im Dienst! Nach öfteren Problemen habe ich nun eine Beschwerde beim Kundenservice der Österreichischen Post eingebracht-obs hilft? A disaster. So much incompetence in post acceptance is hard to beat. t	tobias bauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echt Nettes Team. Die Junge Mitarbeiterin mitte 30 ist Echt lieb und freundlich und Ergibt mit der etwas älteren ein freundliches erscheinungs bild. Diese postfiliale kann man nur empfehlen. Really nice team. The young employee in her mid-30s is really nice and friendly and gives the slightly older one a friendly appearance. One can only recommend this post office.
