In der Privatwirtschaft wäre man schon längst entlassen.... One star is still too much! I have never experienced such unfriendly and arrogant employees as in the branch in Imst !!!! In the private sector you would have been fired long ago ...

Die Mitarbeiter sind meiner Meinung überflüssig haben nichts zu tun und wenn man ein Packet retour schicken will wird man darauf sehr unhöflich hingewiesen das man es nächstes mal draußen beim Gerät zurückgeben sollte. Für was sind dann diese Mitarbeiter angestellt. Sie sollten froh sein das Sie eine Arbeit haben und dafür werden Sie auch bezahlt. Es ist mir schon des öfteren in dieser Filiale so ergangen. Ab heute werde ich nie wieder in diese Filiale gehen. Very unfriendly and unhelpful. The staff are in my opinion superfluous have nothing to do and if you want to send a packet back you will be very rude pointed out that you should return it outside the unit next time. What are these employees then employed for. You should be glad that you have a job and you will be paid for it. It has happened to me quite often in this branch. From today I will never go back to this branch.

Aber wenn man ca. 10 min in der Schlange brav wartet und um 12.00 Uhr einem die Tür vor der Nase zugesperrt wird und das wegen lediglich 5 min länger, sehe ich das nicht ein. Antwort von der Postangestellten - Wir (3 Kunden) sollen um 14 Uhr wieder kommen. Das ist zu Covid-Zeiten nicht förderlich!!! It is already clear to me that opening hours should be observed. But if you wait around 10 minutes in line and the door is locked in front of you at 12 noon and that's only 5 minutes longer, I don't see it. Reply from the postal worker - We (3 customers) should come back at 2pm. This is not conducive to Covid times !!!
J	Jürgen Huber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich wurde noch NIE so schlecht als Kunde behandelt wie in dieser Filliale, und das nicht einmal sondern immer wieder.. Begrüßung gibt es nicht..auch nicht auf ein freundliches Hallo mit Lächeln von mir. Die Mitarbeiter sind dermaßen unmotiviert und genervt von Ihrer Tätigkeit das man am liebsten wieder rausgehen würde. Ich habe noch NIE in meinem Leben ein Geschäft betreten mit einer dermassen unfreundlichen Atmosphäre... man ist jedesmal froh wenn man wieder draussen ist und es hinter sich hat. I was NEVER treated as bad as a customer as in this branch, and not once but always again .. Welcoming does not exist .. not even a friendly hello with a smile from me. The employees are so unmotivated and annoyed by your activity that you would like to go out again. I've NEVER ever entered a shop in my life with such an unfriendly atmosphere ... every time you're out and about, you're happy.
C	Claudia Stigger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe für einen Din A4 Brief in dem nur 1Blatt Papier gewesen ist gerade 2,75 Euro bezahlt. Nachdem ich über den Preis erschrocken bin und nachfrage was denn da so teuer war, bekam ich sehr unhöflich zur Antwort, hätten sie halt ein kleines Kuvert genommen dann wäre es billiger. So eine unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin gehört nicht an den Schalter! I just paid 2.75 euros for a Din A4 letter in which there was only 1 sheet of paper. After I was scared of the price and asked what was so expensive, I got a very rude answer, if they had taken a small envelope it would be cheaper. Such an unfriendly employee does not belong at the counter!
