Ein Mitarbeiter am Freitag Mittag für die ganze Filiale, die Kunden stehen bis raus auf den Parkplatz Schlange.... ?? Good service in itself but MUCH TOO LESS PERSONNEL! An employee on Friday at noon for the whole branch, the customers are queuing up to the parking lot .... ??

It is an absolute cheek how you are treated in this branch .... no matter how often I have complained to a higher authority, nothing happens!

Die haben es geschafft dass die Post weder als Postamt mit Kundenservice noch als Bank bezeichnet werden kann. Versuche seit 1 Stunde und 23 Minuten die Post-Filiale in Seekirchen bzw. meinen PSK-Berater zu erreichen. Die veröffentlichten Rufnummern sind nicht zu erreichen. Die Verbindung wird sofort getrennt. Endlose Fragerei bei einer neuen RN 0599.... Hat man alle 5 Fragen mit Zifferneingaben beantwortet erhält man ein Beseztsignal. Nur nach vortäuschen, dass man sich für ein neues Produkt interessiert hat man nach 11 Minuten Wartezeit Kontakt mit einer Mitarbeiterin . Freundlich wird erklärt, dass im Flachgau keine Bankgeschäfte mehr über Postämter erledigt werden Können. Nur mehr an zwei Standorten in der Stadt Salzburg. Wahrscheinlich sehr hilfreich für den Aktienkurs. To the many annoyances with the post, today a new one. Egal wo man etwas mit der Post zu tun hat, man wird einfach nur ständig belächelt. Der Kunde ist König war vielleicht einmal. Man wird absolut letzklassig behandelt und auch dann, wenn die hochgelobte Technik der Post-Selbstbedienung versagt. Leider gibt es noch so etwas wie ein Postmonopol jedoch werde ich Abstand davon nehmen Pakete mit diesem "Dienstleister" zu versenden. This post office also fits into a long list of discontent. No matter where you have something to do with the post office, you just get ridiculed all the time. The customer is king maybe once. You are treated absolutely last class, even if the highly praised post-self-service technique fails. Unfortunately there is still such a thing as a postal monopoly, but I will refrain from sending parcels with this "service provider".
L	Lily on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man zahlt überteuerte Einschreibgebühren, weil es dringliche und wichtige Unterlagen sind und dann kommen die Briefe nicht mal an!!!! Frechheit You pay overpriced registration fees because they are urgent and important documents and then the letters don't even arrive!!!! cheek

A basic English knowledge from the staff would be nice at least with a bit of kindness!! Don't think it's too much to ask for!
