Sollte dies nochmal sein werde ich wenn es sein muss auch über einen Anwalt die kosten der Post verrechnen, da sie nicht das Recht haben Adressierte Post wenn jemand dort wohnt einfach zurrückzuschicken (ohne einen zustellungs versuch) Hosp Roland under all sow Postmen allow themselves to be sent back to the address of the parents with a note that has been sent away. Should this be again I will if it must be also about a lawyer the costs of the post office bill, since they do not have the right Addressed post office if someone lives there simply to send back (without a delivery attempt) Hosp Roland

Was there today to deliver a package. Staff was friendly. The rest worked out fine. I would love to come back if I have something to send in Austria.

Wer online eine Paketmarke falsch bestellt oder nicht die richtige Marke für das jeweilige Produkt gewählt hat kann diese gleich verwerfen, gibt keine Kulanz! Weder aufzahlen oder eine Alternative wird angeboten! Und der Mitarbeiter lacht dann am Schalter noch und sagt selber schuld, ich nehme es nicht an! So kann man auch Geld verdienen in der heutigen Zeit! Also ich, nie wieder Post!! Wenn ich Briefe habe, dann lieber ein Mail! Bei Pakete, gibt ja noch andere Anbieter, das vergessen die Herrn und Damen bei der Post. Ich kann nur sagen, wer hingeht ist selber schuld. Customer service? Nothing! Unfriendly and annoyed employees in Reutte 6600! If you order a package brand incorrectly online or have not chosen the right brand for the respective product, you can immediately discard it. Auf Nachfrage im Postamt wurde mir mitgeteilt das das Paket weil 2KG.als Brief versendet wurde ,und ich somit keine Sendungsnummer habe um das Paket nachverfolgen zu können . Wie kann ein Mitarbeiter eine Paketsendung als Brief weiterleiten ohne mich zu informieren? Have posted a package at the post office (package light) overseas. The package never arrived. When asked at the post office, I was informed that the package had been sent as a 2KG. letter and therefore I had no tracking number to be able to track the package. How can an employee forward a parcel as a letter without informing me?
B	Britta Del Missier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte heute eine Sendungsnachverfolgung in Auftrag geben, wie es mir telefonisch von der Servicenummer der Post gesagt wurde - da ein Paket laut Sendungsverlauf zugestellt wurde, aber nicht vor der Türe stand. Der "freundliche" Herr sagte mir, das könne ich vergessen, da ich eine Empfängervereinbarung unterschrieben hätte und deshalb den Schaden selbst zu tragen hätte. Ich wohne in einem Weiler mit 8 bewohnten Häusern und es kam immer noch jedes Paket an. In letzter Zeit gibt es allerdings laufend Zustellerwechsel und auch laufend falsche Post in meinem Briefkasten, bzw. meine Post in Briefkästen der Nachbarn. Also kann ein Zusteller die Sendung "irgendwo" abstellen und sagen "Sendung zugestellt" Today I wanted to order shipment tracking, as I was told by the post office's service number over the phone - because a package was delivered according to the shipment history, but was not in front of the door. The "friendly" gentleman told me that I could forget that because I had signed a recipient agreement and therefore had to bear the damage myself. I live in a hamlet with 8 inhabited houses and every package still arrived. Lately, however, there has been a constant change of delivery person and also incorrect mail in my mailbox, or my mail in the neighbors' mailboxes. So a deliverer can park the shipment "somewhere" and say "shipment delivered"

G	Gunter Koeck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Postzustellung in Reutte ist wohl die schlechtest mögliche. Mehrfach wurden mir gelbe Abholzettel eingeworfen, obwohl ich anwesend war. Nachweislich wurde nicht einmal der Versuch einer Zustellung gemacht. The mail delivery in Reutte is probably the worst possible. I was thrown yellow scrap notes several times even though I was present. Evidently, no attempt was made to deliver.
R	Robert E. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Briefzustellung funktioniert überhaupt nicht! Seit einer Woche keine Briefzustellung in der gesamten Siedlung (10 Häuser, 2 Gewerbebetriebe). Kann doch keiner glauben, dass seit einer Woche kein Bewohner Post erwartet! Mail delivery doesn't work at all! No letter delivery in the entire settlement (10 houses, 2 commercial establishments) for a week. Can't believe that no resident has been expecting mail for a week!
