Das Personal ist weiterhin freundlich und kompetent. Auch nicht alltägliche Dienstleistungen werden sehr sicher abgewickelt. Zweifellos ein großes Plus! Ein Minus: für jedes noch so kleine Bankgeschäft (als Bawag-PSK-Kunde) wird die Vorlage eines Lichtbildausweises verlangt, Bankomatkarte und Unterschrift reichen hier nicht. The original was: "The staff is friendly and competent, good experience". Must correct my initial assessment something. The staff is still friendly and competent. Even everyday services are handled very safely. Undoubtedly a big plus! A minus: for every small banking business (as a Bawag PSK customer), the presentation of a photo ID is required, ATM card and signature are not enough here.

Die Abholstation ist 24h geöffnet und somit sehr praktisch falls man das Paket nach der Arbeit abholen möchte. Very nice and competent employees who are always helpful. The pick-up station is open 24 hours a day and is therefore very practical if you want to pick up the parcel after work.
