Die Öffnungszeiten sind bei uns von 7:00-18:00 und mittags arbeiten wir durch und immer wieder stellt die Postfilliale Schwaz die Pakete nicht zu. Die Ausreden sind, es war keiner da, was unmöglich ist. Jeder andere Bote ist mir lieber, auch einer, der der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig ist schafft es die Pakete zu zustellen. Eigentlich hätten sie nicht einmal den einen Stern verdient. Always give my company address for my parcels, because I spend the whole day at the company. The opening times are from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and at noon we work through and the Postfilliale Schwaz repeatedly fails to deliver the parcels. The excuses are no one was there, which is impossible. I prefer any other messenger, even someone who does not speak German, manages to deliver the parcels. Actually, they didn't even deserve that one star.

Die "Postlehrlingsfrau" (?) wollte mir aber weis machen, dass man eine Email Adresse des Empfängers/in braucht um das Paktl abzuschicken. GEATS NU? Meine Tante ist 95, hat kein "Wischphone" und Email kennt sie nur als Geschirr. Ihr Telefon hängt noch an einer Schnur, das die "Postlehrlingsfrau" wahrscheinlich nur von den Erzählungen ihrer Großeltern kennt. Beim "Fräulein von der Post" in Vomp durfte ich die Zollerklärung analog machen, ganz einfach mit einem Kuli auf Papier. Nach einer Email Adresse hat sie nicht gefragt. GEAT DECHT! A bissl mehr Hausverstand und weniger digitales Gestöber würde uns allen gut tun!! I wanted to send a small package to Switzerland. That you have to fill out a customs declaration for a non-EU country - ok, that's the way it is. The "post-apprentice woman" (?) Wanted to make me believe that you need an email address for the recipient to send the package. GEATS NU? My aunt is 95, has no "wiping phone" and she only knows email as dishes. Her phone is still on a cord that the "post-office apprentice" probably only knows from her grandparents' stories. I was allowed to go to the "Fräulein von der Post" in Vomp make the customs declaration analogue, very easily with a pen on paper. She didn't ask for an email address. GEAT REAL! A little more common sense and less digital rummaging would do us all good!
