Unfortunately, some employees are rather rude and unmotivated. I often go to this post office and have never been treated kindly by some.

Mal wird mein Paket einfach nach 2 Tagen retourniert, obwohl es in der packstation sein sollte. Auf Nachfragen wie ich es denn nun bekomme, wird mir rotzfrech ins Gesicht gesagt "das ist nicht ihre Schuld, da is wohl ein Fehler passiert aber sie sucht jetzt nicht nach dem Paket, das geht jetzt retour" und das 10 Werktage vor Weihnachten dh diese Geschenke kann ich mir abschminken... Auf die Frage ob das ein Scherz sei, sagt sie "beschweren sie sich doch" und damit war das Gespräch beendet. Ein Paket das noch in der Post ist, nicht aushändigen zu wollen, weil man zu faul zum Suchen ist ..... Also bei aller Liebe, das ist wirklich das Letzte! Und dann noch so arrogant und frech abgewimmelt zu werden... Unterste Schublade! I have never seen such a cheek anywhere! Nice the third !!! Sometimes my package is simply returned after 2 days, even though it should be in the packing station. When I asked how I got it now, I was cheekily told in my face "that is not your fault, there must have been a mistake, but you are not looking for the package now, it is now being returned" and that 10 working days before Christmas, ie this one I can remove my make-up from my presents ... When asked if this was a joke, she said "please complain" and that ended the conversation. Not wanting to hand over a package that is still in the mail because one is too lazy to search ..... So with all my love, this is really the last! And then to be dismissed so arrogantly and cheekily ... Bottom drawer!
u	undercover CityGirl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich wollte hier den Drucker benützten... als der Drucker Probleme anzeigte u.a. das kein verfügbares Papier vorhanden war.. wurden die Probleme seitens der Mitarbeiter nicht behoben! Desweiteren finde ich es eine Frechheit, das ich als Kunde Mund und Nasenschutz tragen "muss" - die Angestellten aber nicht.. habe dies auch mit meiner Kamera festgehalten.. aus Datenschutzgrunden.. glaub ich, darf ich das Foto aber hier nicht posten... Ich bin absolut unzufrieden 1. wegen des Druckers.. und dann wurde ich auch noch der "Gefahr ausgesetzt.. das mich diese Mitarbeiterin ohne Mundschutz" darauf augmerksam machte.. das dir Probleme des Druckers nicht behoben werden!!! Völlig umsonst dort gewesen.. ich hoffe nur das ich keinen Virus von dort mit genommen habe :// I wanted to use the printer here ... when the printer displayed problems including that there was no available paper .. the problems on the part of the employees were not resolved! A	Anita Jerabek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist auffällig aber nicht unberechtigt, dass es bei dieser Postfiliale so schlechte Rezensionen gibt. Ich hatte ein, als zugestellt aufscheinendes, Paket nie erhalten und wollte das bei dieser Post-Filiale urgieren und um Aufklärung bitten. „Das macht nur die Chefin“ wurde mir, von einer durchaus freundlichen Schalterbeamtin mitgeteilt. Die „Chefin“ aber war von meinem Anliegen sichtlich genervt und und zeigte unmissverständlich und unfreundlich die Grenze ihrer Möglichkeiten zur Unterstützung auf. Ein bisschen Freundlichkeit und wenigstens geheucheltes Interesse kann man sich mindestens erwarten, wenn die Post offensichtlich einen Fehler gemacht hat. Wenn man weiß, das diese „Chefin“ eine gutverdienende Landtagsabgeordnete ist, könnte man denken die Arbeit bei der Post mache ihr wenig Spaß. Jedenfalls scheint es eine Zumutung zu sein, diese „Chefin“ mit Kundenanliegen zu belästigen. So jemand sollte besser im Backoffice arbeiten. It is noticeable but not unjustified that this post office has such bad reviews. I had never received a package that appeared to have been delivered and wanted to urge this post office and ask for clarification. "Only the boss does that" was told to me by a very friendly clerk. The “boss” was visibly annoyed by my request and unmistakably and unfriendly showed the limits of her possibilities for support. You can at least expect a little friendliness and at least hypocritical interest if the Post has obviously made a mistake. If you know that this “boss” is a well-paid member of the state parliament, you might think that she doesn't enjoy working at the post office. In any case, it seems unreasonable to bother this "boss" with customer concerns. Somebody like that should work in the back office.
D	Dirk Bentlin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Post-Trauma-Service: Das Zitat "Wie das Herrein, so das Gescherrein" trifft bei dieser Post-Filiale am Benediktinermarkt in Klagenfurt nicht voll umfänglich zu: Mit etwas Glück kommt man auch an Freundliche am Kundenservice. - Eher weg von Freundlichkeit muss man sich hier vieles "erkämpfen" und wundert sich, wieso manche nicht besser im backoffice aufgehoben sind … - Fazit jedoch bleibt, dass der allgemeine Post-Service im internationalen Vertrieb weithin und vergleichsweise am zuverlässigsten funktioniert. Post-trauma service: The quote "Like the gentleman, so the screeching" does not fully apply to this post office at Benediktinermarkt in Klagenfurt: With a little luck, you can also find friendly customer service providers. - Rather away from friendliness, you have to "fight for" a lot here and wonder why some are not in better hands in the back office ... - The bottom line, however, is that the general post service in international sales functions largely and comparatively most reliably.

Wir waren um 13 Uhr in dieser Postfiliale.
