★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Postler klingelt an der Haustür, ich öffne diese und gehe hinunter... Im Erdgeschoss angekommen finde ich nur einen gelben Zettel im Postkasten...
Spar dir doch die idiotische Mühe des klingelns und wirf gleich den Zettel ein!
Jetzt ist Samstag und natürlich keine Abholung möglich.
Postler rings the doorbell, I open it and go downstairs ... On the ground floor I only find a yellow note in the mailbox ...
Save yourself the idiotic effort of ringing the doorbell and throw in the note right away!
Pick-up is now possible on Saturday and of course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Man fragt ob ein Retourlabel per email gesendet werden kann und ausgedruckt werden kann - gegen Bezahlung. Wird man angeschnauzt man solle das gefälligst Zu Hause machen. Wenn man in der Bank99 vor Ort fragt, stößt man auf verschlossenen Türen. Man wird nur belächelt und angeschnauzt.
Rude and unhelpful. One asks whether a return label can be sent by email and printed out - against payment. If you get snapped at you should kindly do it at home. If you ask at Bank99 on site, you will find closed doors. You just get laughed at and snapped at.
