★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Pakete von uns wurden in der Filiale auf den wagen drauf geworfen, haben einen Nachsende Auftrag gemacht bekommen seit Monaten die Falsche post obwohl es angeblich seit 1 monat geregelt ist und heute gerade sagte mit die Frau vor meiner Haustür das ist nicht ihr oder das Problem von der Post sondern mein Fehler, was ist hier falsch. Ich verstehe es einfach nicht das das so kompliziert ist, wenn wir so in der Gastro arbeiten würden wären wir alle ohne Gäste.
 The parcels from us were thrown on the trolley in the branch, have received a forwarding order for months, the wrong mail although it is supposedly regulated for 1 month and today just said to the woman on my doorstep that is not her or the problem from the post but my mistake what's wrong here. I just do not understand that it is so complicated, if we worked like that in the restaurant, we would all be without guests.
