S	Saskia Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeder einzelne Besuch den ich hier hatte, war geprägt von unflexiblen und inkompetenten Mitarbeitern! Jedes einzelne Mal wurde mir eine falsche Auskunft gegeben und/oder Fehler gemacht, jedoch ist keiner flexibel genug, um dann etwas dagegen zu tun. Man wird teilweise sehr unverschämt behandelt, oder halt vertröstet. DIE Servicewüste! Einfachste Dinge können hier nicht ohne Probleme oder ohne großen Aufwand für den Kunden erledigt werden. Das wars jetzt für mich hier, diese Bank-Filiale hat genügend Chancen von mir bekommen! Ich komme nicht mehr! Betrifft den Bank Bereich. Die Poststelle ist ok. Freundliche Mitarbeiter (besonders ein etwas älterer Herr, immer sehr freundlich und lustig). Every single visit I had here was characterized by inflexible and incompetent employees! Every single time I was given the wrong information and / or made mistakes, but nobody is flexible enough to do something about it. Sometimes you are treated very impudently, or just put off. THE service desert! The simplest things cannot be done here without problems or without great effort for the customer. That's it for me here, this bank branch has got enough opportunities from me! I do not come anymore! Concerns the banking area. The post office is ok. Friendly staff (especially a slightly older man, always very friendly and funny).
M	Mina Dime on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ein alte Mitarbeiter Angestellter mit Brille war heute sehr nervös,nicht nett und er schrie weil ich vergessen habe zu schreiben, was in derim Paket ist!!!Ich appelliere um sie in den Ruhestand zu schicken weil sie offensichtlich zu alt sind, um in der Post zu arbeiten!!!! an old employee with glasses was very nervous today, not nice and he yelled because I forgot to write what is in the package !!! I appeal to you to retire because you are obviously too old to be in the Post to work !!!!

So I've been there once and never again, I've never experienced anything so unfriendly, I am amazed that anyone goes there at all.

Respektlos gegenüber älteren Menschen, wurde persönlich Zeuge als der Packetmensch eine alte Dame angeschnauzt hat die ihre Maske vergessen hat. DAS GEHT GARNICHT!!!!! ? Extremely unfriendly staff ... Disrespectful to the elderly, was personally witnessed when the packer snapped at an old lady who had forgotten her mask. THAT IS NOT HOW IT WORKS!!!!! ?
A	Andreas Tucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiter sind erste Klasse, jedoch schafft es leider die bank99 nicht einen funktionierenden Münzeinzahlautomaten zu installieren. Des Weiteren möchte ich anfügen und kritisieren, dass es im gesamten Raum Klagenfurt NUR einen einzigen Münzeinzahlungsautomaten gibt, das bedeutet, wenn dieser nicht funktionsfähig ist, für die Kunden der bank99 "Pech gehabt". The employees are first class, but unfortunately bank99 does not manage to install a functioning coin deposit machine. Furthermore, I would like to add and criticize that there is ONLY one single coin deposit machine in the entire Klagenfurt area, which means that if it is not working, bank99 customers are "unlucky".

Very very unfriendly staff. Customer service is purer and personally you are treated as an inhuman. I don't have anything delivered by you anymore !!!

Als ich gegen 16:45 bei der Post war ist auf dem Display gestanden dass es nicht ist in der Ladestation ist. das ist nicht das erste mal, habe ein Einschreibebrief Abholen wollen und musste 4 mal zur Poststelle gehen um einen Brief zu bekommen. Today (Saturday) I received a correction in the morning that my package will be ready for collection from 4:30 p.m. When I was at the post office around 4:45 p.m., the display said that it was not in the charging station. this is not the first time, I wanted to pick up a registered letter and had to go to the post office 4 times to get a letter.
