C	Claudia Tiefenbacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bereits erwartete Briefe kommen nicht an, werden als "nicht zustellbar", obwohl zuhause, zurück gesendet. Bankomatkarte inkl. extra versendetem Code kam nie an, musste gesperrt werden. Pakete werden unachtsam, egal welcher Inhalt, vor die Haustüre geschmissen, obwohl jemand zuhause war. Ebenso landen Briefe, sofern sie denn ankommen, vor die Türe geschmissen...Wenn der Wind geht, Pech gehabt. Nicht erst einmal, das wir unsere Post einsammeln mussten. Beim Anruf, mit der Bitte, die Dame möge dem Postboten doch ausrichten, er soll seinen Job doch bitte ein wenig verantwortungsbewusster ausführen, wurde mir nur mitgeteilt, ohne Sendungsnummer kann leider nichts gemacht werden. Auf mein Anmerken hin, dass es primär darum ginge, dem Postboten auf seine unzureichende Arbeitsweise aufmerksam zu machen, blieb sie trotzdem dabei, dass ohne Sendungsnummer nix ginge. Die Post hat halt leider immer noch eine Monopol Stellung, und in Waidhofen merkt man das leider sehr gut. Selten ein so schlechtes Service erlebt. Letters already expected will not arrive and will be sent back as "undeliverable", even though they are at home. ATM card including the extra code never arrived, had to be blocked. Packages are carelessly thrown on the doorstep, no matter what content, even though someone was at home. Likewise, letters, if they arrive, are thrown at the door ... If the wind goes, bad luck. Not once that we had to collect our mail. When I called to ask the lady to tell the postman that he should do his job a little more responsibly, I was only informed that unfortunately nothing can be done without a tracking number. When I remarked that the main thing was to make the postman aware of his inadequate way of working, she still maintained that nothing would work without a tracking number. The Post unfortunately still has a monopoly position, and in Waidhofen you unfortunately notice that very well. Seldom experienced such bad service.

Und die Zustellung von Briefen oder Paketen klappt auch immer vorzüglich? I have had very good experiences. I posted several letters, wanted to frank with stamps. The "post ladies" did that for me! Heute auf der Post eine Mitarbeiterin lautstark, "da bestellts was und dann schickt ihr es wieder zurück" mit einen Tonfall zu schämen . Dachte das wäre der Job Pakete hin und her versenden?
