Obwohl ich vor 17 Uhr in der Filiale war war es ihr schon zu spät und sie schickte mich nach Eisenstadt weil das ein Bawag Sparbuch sei... idiotisch.. Unfortunately, employee incompetent and unfriendly. Will not it be possible to swap an advertised passbook for a new one !!! Although I was in the branch before 17 o'clock it was already too late and she sent me to Eisenstadt because it was a Bawag Passbook ... idiotic ..
A	Alex Landl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ...als einziger Kunde 20 min warten...? wie geht das? ja wenn die Frau Mitarbeiterin lieber VOR den Kunden steht und ein 20 minütiges Privatgespräch am Handy abhält geht das ganz einfach ;) Angfressn war ich dann nach 10 min warten, als sie mir gesagt hat “es dauert noch ein bisal“... na sats ma ned bes aber jemanden 20 min warten lassen weil man der Trutschenfreundin mitteilen möchte wie schwer ihr Job ned grad is (kein scherz)... normalweise gehört der Frau die Kündigung ins Gesicht kaut :'D ... as the only customer wait 20 minutes ...? how does it work? yes, if the woman employee prefers to stand in front of the customer and holds a 20-minute private conversation on the cell phone, it is very easy;) I was frightened after 10 minutes when she told me “it still takes a while” ... na sats ma ned bes but have someone wait 20 min because you want to tell the chute friend how difficult their job is ned grad (no kidding) ... normally the woman should notice the dismissal: 'D
D	Der Kritiker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öffnungszeiten unter aller Kritik, anstatt dass man unter der Woche kürzer hat und einen Wochentag dann auch für BERUFSTÄTIGE oder Samstags zumindest 2 Stunden in der Früh offen hat - Fehlanzeige. Der Unfreundlichkeitsfaktor und die Inkompetenz dass man gut 15 Minuten warten muss bis das Paket gefunden wird - tut noch sein restliches. Dann dummes hinterfragen was man so bestellt hat - geht einmal den Postler GAR NICHTS an! Gibt sicherlich genug motivierte Personen vor Ort die den Job wesentlich lieber machen würden und mit Sicherheit auch viel freundlicher und kompetenter agieren würden. Schlechteste Postfiliale Österreichs Opening times under all criticism, instead of being shorter during the week and then opening a weekday for PROFESSIONALS or Saturdays at least 2 hours in the morning - none. The unfriendliness factor and the incompetence that you have to wait a good 15 minutes until the package is found - does the rest. Then ask stupid questions about what you have ordered - don't worry about the postler! There are certainly enough motivated people on site who would much prefer to do the job and would certainly also act much friendlier and more competently. Worst post office in Austria
