★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aber wie kann es sein das ich für einen brief 2.70 bezahle und in 2 anderen ämtern für ident den selben brief bzw inhalt 1.35 bezahle. Die antwort: ja der is so dick und muss händisch sortiert werden. Ok versteh ich aber warum wird er in der filiale pfandl und europarkt nicht händisch sotiert?
Wie gesagt: immer der selbe dicke gleichschwere inhalt aber 2 verschiedene preise??!!
Dafür leider nur 3 sterne
The staff is very friendly and helpful. But how can it be that I pay 2.70 for a letter and pay 1.35 in 2 other offices for the same letter or content 1.35. The answer: yes it is so thick and has to be sorted by hand. OK, I understand, but why is it not listed manually in the Pfandl and europarkt branches?
As I said: always the same thick, equally heavy content but 2 different prices ?? !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vermutlich mit dem falschen Fuß aufgestanden, bin seit 45 Jahren Kunde. Wurde bis heute 6.7.2020 nie so unfreundlich bedient.
Probably got up on the wrong foot, have been a customer for 45 years. Has never been served so unfriendly until today 6th July 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Postfiliale wurde in den letzten Jahren mehrmals renoviert und ist nun freundlich und hell eingerichtet mit 3 Schaltern für Postsendungen, Brife, Briefmarken und Pakete und gleich beim Eingang rechts dreht sich am extra Schalter alles ums Handy, man kann Handys kaufen und Verträge abschliessen oder aus zahlreichem Zubehör auswählen. Leider ist sie nur unter der Woche geöffnet , am Samstag ist sie geschlossen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich am meisten der Herr bei den Handys, die anderen die ich gut kannte sind leider in Pension gegangen, nun ich werde mich an die Neuen gewöhnen !?
The post office has been renovated several times in recent years and is now bright and friendly with 3 counters for mail, letters, stamps and parcels and right at the entrance on the right, everything revolves around the cell phone, you can buy cell phones and conclude contracts choose from numerous accessories. Unfortunately it is only open during the week and is closed on Saturday. The employees are friendly, most of all the gentleman with the cell phones, the others I knew well have unfortunately retired, now I'll get used to the new ones! ?
