Juni 2019 Nachsendeantrag wegen Auszug aus Wohnung gestellt, hat aber bereits damals nicht geklappt, trotzallem nach Ablauf nochmals verlängert. Leider wurde weiterhin wichtige Post im Briefkasten zugestellt. Danach Beschwerde auf dem Postamt, ist mir egal Mentalität an den Tag gelegt und das ganze Spiel ging weiter. Jetzt, nach 6 Monaten, mal wieder in Österreich und im Briefksten nachgesehen und siehe da, er war wieder voll mit teilweise wichtiger Post! Man kann über diese Arbeitsweise nur den Kopf schütteln. Eine telefonische Beschwerde endet damit, dass sich jemand von der Post bei mir meldet! Wahrscheinlich eher nicht! Eine Möglichkeit die Problematik gleich mit dem Leiter der Zustellbasis in Gmünd telefonisch zu klären, war nicht möglich! Incompetent and ignorant! June 2019 forwarding request made for moving out of the apartment, but it did not work at the time, however, it was extended after the expiry. Unfortunately, important mail was still delivered in the mailbox. After complaining to the post office, I didn't care about the mentality and the whole game went on. Now, after 6 months, once again in Austria and in the letter box, and lo and behold, it was full again with some important mail! You can only shake your head at this way of working. A telephone complaint ends with someone from the post reporting to me! Probably not! It was not possible to clarify the problem by telephone with the head of the delivery base in Gmünd!
